What a great non addictive product to promote relaxation and sleep. I use it during the daytime as well if I am on a long car trip to steady my nerves. (I'm not driving, my husband is) It's the other people's driving that make me nervous!

This is a great product for sleeplessness. With no side effects in the morning. Natural ingredients make me feel good about using it. I take three every night before bed and can sleep through the night most of the time. If I do wake up I will take three more and go back to sleep within an hour. I can function the next day first thing in the morning just fine. Love that this is a homeopathic remedy for sleeplessness and easy to swallow.

Good, all-natural supplement

Not a sleep aid at all. Quite opposite. It'll keep your eyes drowsy &numb but your body will be fully awake. Do not take it. It ruins the night and then following day. I wander around like a ghost at 4, 6, even 11am after taking these. I have taken upto 8 tabs a night, 2 every few hours. My advice Best to go out in sun , get plenty of day light move around, do chores outside and that will help more.
