Monin Roasted Hazelnut Syrup - 1ltr Bottle

Love it! My partner is also now using it for his daily coffees. I also bought the pump separately (which I would recommend anyone buying this to get one) and 1-2 small pumps makes the coffee taste unreal, in my opinion it’s best flavour as it’s a subtle sweetness, if your looking for something sweeter I could recommended the regular hazelnut or vanilla.

I’m really happy with this syrup. Me and my daughter quite often pop into Costa to get a hot chocolate with a shot of hazelnut. So now we’re in lockdown 3.0, I thought it was about time I purchased our own hazelnut syrup and I am not disappointed. Firstly, I was shocked at the size of the bottle, it’s a big size like the ones they have in Costa. It also tastes just like our costa hot chocolates and my daughter is over the moon to be able to have one at home now...I won’t lie, so am I! It took me ages to decide on which hazelnut syrup to purchase as there are two. Ordinary hazelnut and roasted hazelnut syrup. After some research, I decided on the roasted in the hopes it would be the same as the Costa and I’m very happy I got it right. It also comes in a glass bottle, I haven’t heard the greatest things with the glass bottles after reading bad reviews on them but luckily I haven’t had the same issue and mine is exactly what I was looking for

Nice big bottle, I added the pump too for easier use. Lasts a long time as you only need a tiny pump.

I've tried a few of these. To give you an idea of what deMonin flavours I generally like, since everybody has different tastes: Xmas time - gingerbread, autumn - pumpkin spice. Surprisingly not a big fan of the salted caramel, I find it too sweet (when using enough to taste it) and not getting the salty at all. I tried the apple pie which some reviewers said was nice in coffee - I strongly disagree, yikes. I've tried the regular hazelnut and now the roasted hazelnut, the roasted hazelnut is way better. I drink my coffee strong and without any form of milk, only the syrup.

I really enjoy the flavour of this hazelnut! I stumbled upon this company while drinking my regular Tim Hortons it’s the brand they used for their Hazelnut shot! So I decided to buy it, sadly it came broken!

This is usually used in coffee or cocktails but I drizzle this over my freshly-baked chocolate cakes. So fragrant and adds extra moistness and flavor to the cake! This “roasted” is the good one. For some reason the regular hazelnut syrup has been a bust for me. I recommend this one.
