DO NOT BUY THE UNFLAVORED!
I made a huge mistake in thinking the unflavored would be like creatine where it would be tasteless. Wrong. This is the most disgusting thing I’ve ever tasted. I added it to my smoothie, and it completely ruined it. I’m glad I just got the 30 servings one. It’s like torture trying to chug this thing down. I saw a review on here that said if you let it sit for five minutes, it taste better. It does kind of taste less horrible, but the taste is still really bad. It’s also very chalky and not easily dissolvable. As for muscle recovery I think it’s really good and does what it’s supposed to do. I also think I’m seeing a little bit more muscle mass. I used to take capsules but didn’t want to be taking so many different supplements that I’m already taking. So decided to try a powder form.I also didn’t want to get anything flavored but I think I may have to next time because I’m definitely not getting the unflavored again.

So don’t do as a I did and order a bunch of their products at once if they come in pouches. All 3 of my pouches failed in short order, one in a day or two. Support wasn’t much help as you have to contact the manufacturer/vendor who wants you to do quality control for them. As far as this product it has been ok since it’s in an actual container. The value was alright but without any flavor you can do just as good if not better during a gnc sale for the flavored options by B.R. And have a better time with drinking it. I feel the value is ok even if the size made it go by fast taking only on workout days. Once again you should be ok if you get any powders from nutricost in a container but as of now I would pass them by for other options in a pouch format or be ready to supply you own quality zip locks to try to keep the air out of them. This is product packaging is good I felt.

Great BCAA powder and highly recommend!
Great BCAA powder and it dissolves really easy with no taste. The bottle size is great; effectiveness seems on par with most other brands. Energy level seems to be the same as the competitors. Texture is great because it dissolves easily.
