Nanogen Root Boost Hair Thickening Spray

Absolutely fantastic product. The effect on the hair is incredible. Just a couple of sprays onto the palm of your hands, swept through the roots of your washed damp hair and by using the heat from a hairdryer the hair just increases in volume and puffs up to a lovely level. This has now become a permanent product on my list! I will not be without it ever. Having had such a fantastic result with the Thickening serum I have purchased the shampoo and conditioner that sit alongside it. Wonderful products by Nanogen - Have already recommended to friends and family.

I have dead straight fine, flat hair. I have used Label M blow out spray for years, but saw this and thought I'd try it. Glad I did. Its a great product and really does give your hair volume. If my hair is dropping, I just fluff it up at the roots and it seems to kick in again. The only downside, it does make my hair greasier than the other product, so I do have to wash my hair more often, but that's fine as I'm happy with the product

Over the years I've tried MANY products to give my fine short hair a thickening boost. This reasonably priced thickening spray from Nanogen I use with their shampoo and I find it does add softness and shine to my hair, which can also be quite dry. It does boost volume, but you do need to activate the formula with heat from a hair dryer. I spray the formula into the palm of my hand and rub into my hair from root to tip, one bottle lasts me a least a couple of months, even when used daily. It contains Keratin, this helps to give an instant thickening effect to the hair. It also contains cell-communicating Niacinamide, which has many benefits and will help to soothe and nourish the scalp, with Vitamin B5 that has water-binding properties and helps to moisturise the hair and scalp, Camellia Sinensis (Green Tea) that has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties for the scalp, along with Natural Sea Salt, stimulating Caffeine, Lifting Polymers, and Heat Activated Proteins. The only thing I don't like is the lingering strong fragrance, I wish they did a fragrance-free formula.

Good. Product so fat

A really good product that delivers oomph to weary and thinner hair. However, don't be tempted to use too much. I found that is best to spray into my hand and then massage through the lengths of hair. It gave my hair volume which wasn't sticky like similar products. You need very little to make a difference.

Been using this for over a year, really helps my hair to look thicker, helps with the styling as well, would recommend to anyone with thinning hair , please don’t use too much, a little goes a long way

Unfortunately, this made my scalp itch so much that I ended up throwing it away about 3/4 full. The first couple of times it was so bad I had to wash my hair an hour or two after spraying it, but I did persevere a third time and after a day or so, same thing, constant itching and no visible thickening either. The smell was also quite artificial and full of chemicals (I could have gotten over that if it worked) but was just another reason to bin it.

My hair almost feels like how it was before the thinning, I don’t need to use any wax or other products and get a thick Matt look. Would definitely recommend!

Absolutely loved it and is a mens hair just have. I have really thin, flappy, straight hair. As soon as I apply this and blow dry my hair, my hair instantly becomes thicker and will actually obtain texture and volume. It helps my hair go in the direction I need it to go. 3.5 stars for texture, 5 stars for hold, 4 stars for improving thickness of hair
