does it fit the bcb plastic cup ok

No it does not. It's for the metal cup only but not suitable for stovetop. Waste of time, bad design.

Will this lid fiton 58pattern plastic cup?

I can't find my cup to test it but the bcb crusader fits on top of the 58 bottle the same as the issue mug so it should be about right. I have the larger issue canteen rather than the newer smaller one. It's not a snug fit on the bcb mug so don't expect a tight fit.

Will a standard canteen cup lid fit the bcb crusader ii canteen cup?

Couldn't say, but just a heads up this lid is just plastic
