Can I clean the droppers in a dishwasher?

Don't know why not. Only the outside would be clean though.

Do they come sterilized or do i need to sterilize them ?

If you need something sterilized, I would sterilize them before use. They are individually wrapped, but I wouldn't assume sterilized.

Wash. Do they need to be washed right out of the box or can they used right away?

It’s your preference. I didn’t wash mine but I’m using mine for an oil that I use on my skin. If it’s for something you ingest I would wash them.
