Review: Tech Support is Nonexistant - I have the 4 door controller. I called tech support at both Visionis and FPC and had to leave messages, no one called back. Emailed (online form) no response. Took 3 days for me to figure it out on my own. Product is pretty good, but having to use wire nuts/caps to combine so many wires when a simple bus bar should have been in the design. Also, any "jumper wires" needed should just be included and installed by the manufacturer. Just looks too messy inside cuz of all the wire caps. The Manual is not well laid out and written for experts. But the install videos are excellent.
