An excellent filter which takes a few days to adapt to
I've had a couple of these for motorbike riding, and it does take a few days to get used to them. The first day will likely be uncomfortable and awkward for fit and breathing, but you'll adapt to it once you get the fit right. The filter is absolutely brilliant. I really feel the difference on the rare occasion I've forgotten it. Tip: it needs to air and dry out after use, else it gets smelly and manky - just wash it - but don't lob it in a bag or sealed topbox, keep it out and air it.

Wrong Size Received
Appears to be a good quality mask, but unable to wear because I received a medium size instead of the large size I'd ordered. I'm also unable to return it for a refund/replacement as I hadn't noticed the error untiI I'd opened the package to try it on - doh! Anyway, it's not wearable so it's going in the bin. I've since bought a couple of XL Cambridge Mask Pro's instead - which were received as per order and fit perfectly.

Takes a bit of getting use to
When I first started wearing this it took me a week or two to get use to. It restricts your breathing to a certain extent but thats to be expected as it is filtering the air as you breath in. I actally like the fact that my air intake was restricted, it ment I had to physcially adapt and added to training as well as helped protect me from motor vehicle fumes.

NOT made for running, mask constantly falls down
Absolutely NOT made for running. If you move your face at all it falls down, and it's not because I picked a size that was too large. The mask is just badly designed, it needs a strap that goes from the part where the mask hits your cheeks to above your ears. Instead there's only the large velcro strap that you're supposed to secure more or less at the top of your neck. There's no way that will stay up with any significant movement. Respro DO sell a strap that you can use to keep the mask actually on your face on their site (not available on amazon), but it's an extra 10 pounds. Why are you selling an incomplete product? Even the 2 quid disposable 3M masks that have rubber bands literally stapled to them fit better and actually stay on your face. Would really not have been hard to add or include an extra strap.

Takes a bit of getting used to and feels like your face might melt off in the heat but ...
Takes a bit of getting used to and feels like your face might melt off in the heat but it does what it says and keeps a lot of pollution away. It helps to remember that because otherwise you can get caught up in the fact you look like Darth Vader on a bike. So all in all, good product.

difficult to get enough air during higher exertion exercise
I used this for cycling to work and then after the pandemic struck, going to the supermarket. I'd owned this product a year before the aluminium nose piece snapped in half so that does some up your money's investment period. The back strap is good and tight but forever slipping off my nose no matter how tight. I think this will or won't happen depending on your face shape. My face in kind of flat and a small nose. It was not ideal for cycling in my opinion if you do like to expend a lot of energy cycling. If you go at slow pace and don't get out of breath then this will work. However when I reached a high cardio tempo peddling and one needed more oxygen, I found I could not draw enough air through the filter at higher frequency breathing. I would end up pulling it down to breath, hence defeating the point of the mask. I may not have used it as long as I did if it were not for the pandemic and no need to cycle to work anymore. I may have looked again to buy another, looking closely at reviews. One plus about the mask is if you wear glasses, they do not steam up.

Not very comfortable
Fairly decent masks and ok to wear. The only issue I have the is area that is over the nose with the metal. It’s not the metal but the mask itself that’s just extremely uncomfortable and rough. It’s like a very course sand paper rubbing on your nose. I wouldn’t advise using for long periods or when you have to do a lot of physical activity because it will just drive you nuts! I can wear for about 20mins then need to have a break for a while.

I am very happy with this mask
I am very happy with this mask! I used to have a cheaper one and this reallymakes s difference . It's much easier to breathe and the material is nice and flexible - fits perfectly around my face.I bought a size M and I am a female with quite a small face.
