They are compatible with my old hydroponics system and my new one, they both fit perfectly. Just make sure your system has the round ones and not square. The stickers are great to not only label each one so you don’t mix them up but also to prevent light. The covers are great to keep in moisture and humidity to help the seeds germinate faster. Just take them off once the plant pops up. The seed pods you soak in warm water and in about five minutes they are twice the size. The foam is thick but you still need to be careful not to rip it. The baskets keep the roots stable and so far my basil, tomatoes and lettuce are doing great. The fertilizer has clear instructions just store it in the refrigerator after you mix it. This I didn’t know in prior years and the bottles would corrode. Now I keep the bottles in the fridge, no problem.

Fantastic kit for your hydro pod setup. I have an Aerogarden and a MUFGA and ordered this kit when I ran out of the supplies that came with my respective machines. Everything fits, the stickers don't tear as easily as most others, the sponges sure are doing their job as I'm getting 100% success on sprouting every seed. The nutrients seem to be quite good, too! Give this one a try. Great value for money in my experience.

The kit has worked well for me so far. Docking it some points due to the fact that the sponges didn’t expand fully, so they don’t fit well in the baskets. I had to clip some tabs off of the baskets so they would fit onto my system. That’s no fault of the product and more of my fault for not measuring. The fertilizer has been keeping my lettuce good and happy. All in all I would buy this again.

This product arrived on time and in great condition. All of the replacement parts fit in my garden in the kitchen. I am very pleased with the quality and the control of cleanliness of the Hydroponic Aerogarden.

I have used my hydroponic gardens for several years. I purchased these supplies mostly for the sponges but was happy to get the other items in the kit. I am impressed. The plastic baskets are sturdy, and the covers fit perfectly. The sponges sit well in the plastic baskets. Since I am just starting up my units after the holidays, my seeds have not started growing, but I don't anticipate any problems. The sponges are porous enough for the roots to grow through. My procedure that works really well is that I slit the sponges lengthwise, soak, and then use the handy tweezers to place seeds that have already germinated and roots have started. (I soak a paper towel and lay the seeds on it, fold, and put in a sandwich zip lock bag. I check to see which seeds are starting to grow roots. Only these seeds get placed in the unit.) These supplies are well thought out and I will purchase again when needed.
