It’s a great product that calms down my night coughs. However somehow the package (bag) was cut open on the side and hand pull opened wide on the back. The product box was bent but luckily not opened. Just don’t know what happened?

This pill is huge
I picked this item because of the brand name. Contac has been around forever. I opened the product and just stared at the size of the pill. Here I am, coughing my head off, throat sore and I am supposed to swallow a giant pill? I managed, barely to gag one down. It did work well but no way was I going to gag down another one. Who makes a cough pill that is so huge?
