Look elsewhere. *by B***N on June 26, 2026* I purchased Sept 2024 and I was excited to try a dishwasher that would connect with Alexa. I was replacing a bosch and since this has a heating element I was expecting dishes to dry better, but it does not. This never connected successfully with Alexa, it is noisy and it does not dry better than the Bosch. 2 Weeks ago I started receiving an E4 error. This has to do with a water leak or not draining. I pulled the unit out and there were no leaks but there was water in the tub. I cleared this out and the error went away. This has happened 2 times since and now the error is no going away. I called Sharp service and they said they could send someone out for $400 plus parts to service. But the thing that bugged me was that the tech stated the payment must be made in advance, the fee would be forfeited if the tech came and nobody was here, plus a lot of other reasons to not use their service.
