I've given him a special place in my tool bag next to all the cutters and pliers and we all know how jealous they can be. I was disappointed to find out batteries were not included I mean a screwdriver at this price and no batteries but to be fair it doesn't work on batteries. But I could have used them in Susan, my radio. Norman is very good but he has a serious personality problem not knowing what he really is, sometimes a small Philips (not to be confused with Philip my claw hammer) other times a large flat or a #2 posidrive. Eleven of them a whole football team.......................still here, great screwdriver. great value for such a versatile premium product.
