I was sceptical at first but I am overly happy. My att sim card works perfectly! Battery charges quickly and last all day! Phone is huge and beautiful. Sound is great. I have no problems it came with ear buds and charger. Honestly for $50 its a steal! I don't remember that being mentioned at any time. If you are very lucky it may work for a while. But chances are you will be very sorry you wasted your time and money. This is a head ach in a box. Mine: looke nice and the screen looked great but the camera took grainny, fuzzy pictures. The sound of the phone was so soft, even on as high as it would go, you could not hear what any one was saying, your music, for get it, nothing. There was this really annoying red flashing light that would come and go, mostly come. Some times just around the entire edge of the screen. Some times it was over the entire screen. When I tried to call a friend, first there was a wierd clicking and then I could barely hear her. The battery won't hold a charge so you will always have a quite brick in your pocket or purce but not a working phone. What a horible phone...They sent it into the US illegaly, in a plain unmarked box. The Lithium battery is considered an explosive device and as such is not legal to send through the air mail. Hello ..China!!!To send it back, when it does not work, will cost you $110.00 through Fedex.******Don't get ANY THING through Valword...
