Essentially, it resides under the driver's seat whereas the one with the first aid kit sits under the passengers. Instead of being filled up with bandages etc, it serves as a cubby hole for sun glasses and other nick knacks. There isn't much readily accessible storage in a Z4 so this is just the job! Easy fit when you have the mounting bracket and securing screws. Note, the screws are out and out BMW specials and just about impossible to source elsewhere.
