This is super easy to incorporate into my day. I just add it to my water first thing in the morning. I have been taking this supplement for over a year! I love it! While I do not have trouble sleeping, I feel like on the nights I drink this, I just sleep a little deeper. And I can't find another supplement that has minerals without a weird taste. This is Tasteless and you only need 1oz a day!
