Did what it says it will do.
A safe product to handle. The items need to be FREE FROM GREASE which will stop the product working on the rust. After degreasing wire brush to REMOVE SURFACE RUST then leave submerged in the diluted solution overnight. More time may be required for heavily rusted areas. If the items are not washed after treatment they will dry with a grey film. This product removes rust effectively but is not meant to protect from future rusting - so painting or a film of oil will be needed. Because it is diluted for use a bottle goes a long way.

Excellent product.
I find that this works really well. Brilliant for cleaning up old tools etc.You can even re use it several times before it becomes ineffective. Follow the dilution instructions & leave item to soak for a couple of days. Wash off in water, dry & give a good wire brushing. Brought some rusty old files up like new. Appears not to be toxic in any way. I would recommend this product.

very easy to use and effective
I followed the instructions -- remove excess rust with a wire brush, dilute 1:9, soak 24 hours, and then again wire brush and the rust comes right off. Just not sure how to dispose of it now that I am done.

Works great for cast iron that's called in rust to the point it's almost unidentifiable

Great for removing most black tool coatings
Not sure weather to rate this good or bad. It has removed the black coating from various tools, not sure what the coating of the tools is but 3 or 4 different brands are now a dull dark grey. Chrome tools it seems pretty good. As it has does not affect paint on the front of the bottle I would say proceed with caution.

Löst spielend alle Lacke bis auf blanke Metall. Kein nacharbeiten notwendig. Kostet zwar im Vergleich mehr als andere Abbeizer, funktioniert aber einwandfrei und in annehmbarer Zeit.

je ne vois pas l utilité de ce produit que j ai testé pour dérouiller des vis et boulons... une demi journée de trempage la rouille part mais pas entièrement et surtout ELLE REVIENT le lendemain !! Aucun avantage, rabattez vous sur du frameto !
