Ist class
Love it, easy to set up, comfortable to wear, accurate for my steps and distances according to my other pedometer that I had to set up by putting my stride length in. My first charge lasted 12 days so have decided to recharge every 7 days for safety as I am on laptop at least once a week, 2nd charge up only took around an hour and is still going strong. Some people have said that the unit falls out of the strap very easily, I have not encountered this reported problem at all and I wear it every day. Well pleased with it and will buy again if I ever have a need to buy another one. Thanks for a really good product.

Terrible product
Fast dispatch and delivery HOWEVER, the product is not good quality!!! Bought for a Christmas present, wish I hadn't bothered!!! The electronic display bit does not fit in wristband, in ONE week it fell out 4 times, luckily was able to find, my mother even tried to secure it in with small sticky pads, but that didn't work. And now it has fallen out and completely lost, so a ruined present and a massive disappointment. You'd be daft to buy one I had to rate this product, so had to put one star, but that's only because it's compulsory .... otherwise I wouldn't

Inexpensive, does the job
Quite satisfied with this, but it was frustrating to set up because there is just one button to access the whole menu and that button is very sensitive. After scrolling over and over again, I abandoned the idea of setting up every category. It's the pedometer that really matters to me - i dont care if it thinks I'm 95. It looks smart, does the step counting, easy to charge. Difficult to read in bright sunlight, but again, that doesn't really matter to me.

Good for the money
The only real problem I can see with this tracker is that it needs only a very light touch to bring up the screen on bracelet so often it comes on by mistake. However it does switch off very quickly. This was a bit of a problem when doing the set up i.e. age, weight etc. as I had to resist it a number of times before getting the setup finalised. I wanted the bracelet just for the step counter and this function is quite adequate considering the price of it. Obviously it doesn't have a lot of the functions, i.e. blue tooth that the more expensive ones on the market do, but as a basic pedometer it is fine and some would consider this bonus! I don't bother to wear it at night because a) when turning over etc. it brings up the screen (see above on sensitivity) which is quite bright during the night, and b) the results only show three options, smiley face = very good sleep, normal face = good sleep and frowning face = bad sleep, which isn't particularly helpful as you know yourself whether you have had a good or bad sleep, It's only if you get the breakdown, which comes with the more expensive bracelets, is this info beneficial. In the instructions there is no mention on which arm you should wear your bracelet, but checking sites on the internet, it appears that you should wear it on your non-prominent arm, to avoid writing etc. being counted as steps. Bearing in mind the price of this bracelet in comparison to others, if you are looking just to keep an eye on the number of steps that you take daily I would give this four out of five stars.

... press but once I worked it out it was fine. The product was great to use and simple ...
I bought this as a gift for Christmas and found that setting it up was difficult as locating the "button" was difficult as it is not a physical button you can press but once I worked it out it was fine. The product was great to use and simple and did everything needed. The problem now is that the middle display pops out of the wristband so after a week of use it has become loose and has popped out and been lost, therefore the product is now useless. Shame as it seemed to work well

Feedback from a pensioner.
I purchased this item to just keep an eye on my general daily activity. I found it easy to program although you need to be quite swift when doing it. It's easy to check when on the move. It is also comfortable to wear. Charging is easy takes a couple of hours. I would recommend this to anyone you don't have to be an athlete to use it. I lost my first one it dropped off my wrist in spain so I bought a more expensive one but couldn't get on with it. So purchased a second nakosite and was ot disappointed so be bold and keep a check on your activity with this easy to programme and use fit tracker

What about the manuals? Do they need to be postage stamp size?
While the products themselves appear to be OK and are at a good price with good delivery why can't manufacturers manage to produce a decent instruction manual instead of one the size of a postage stamp. They don't need to print them, just make them available for download as and when needed. That is basic customer service which is so often lacking these days. A manual for download could carry more information and be easier to read. Happy customers may then come back. The wristband would appear to be the part that could fail over usage so why don't the manufacturer offer the option to purchase spares? I did have a problem with the wristband but once Amazon contacted Nakosite for me their response was tremendous. They really do deserve a few sales when they give such good service.

Bad purchase - useless fitbit.
What a shame that this neat little fitbit did not sit more sturdily into the bracelet. I got this for wife, who is fitness mad. After programming it, which was a little fiddly, she tried it on a liked it. However, the actual fitbit fell out of the rubber bracelet during the first fitness session she had it on, which was a run and gym session. I would not recommend buying this fitbit, simply because the rubber bracelet does not hold the actual fitbit securely in place and there is a real likelihood that it will fall out. We have now purchased a fitbit that is an integral part of the bracelet, which works extremely well, is much easier to programme and we are safe in the knowledge that it will not be lost.
