Sturdy and sealed when it arrived, this was a very good buy. I am using mine for Sloe gin making, very suitable. Made of sturdy plastic with a secure screw cap & decent handle.These cans could be used for all sorts of liquids - provided they were labelled well. I would purchase again if needed. Came well wrapped in bubble wrap & in a box. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ It's difficult to get excited about a plastic water container *by K***E on 7 September 2018* Five litres is a good size for one person for a weekend. I have larger containers for longer stays, and for long-term storage, but this is a good size for more modest requirements. The ad says it is made of "food quality" plastic, but it doesn't state categorically that it's BPA-free, so I wouldn't use it for long term storage. Five litres is unlikely to last long enough for BPA contamination to be a problem (if it ever is), but this would have been a five-star review if the seller had been clear on this point.The plastic is tough, but not brittle -- I don't think it would break even if you dropped it when full. The handle is convenient, and the screw cap easy to operate. It doesn't leak, but I suspect it will if I lose the rubber seal that fits under the lid. The semi-transparent white plastic can be marked easily with permanent marker, but it's transparent enough to see how much water is left.Under a tenner, and delivered next day.
