Custom Molded Mouthpeice

I feel I absolutely have to review this product due to my experience with 3 different brands. I have a severe snoring problem- probably a bit of sleep apnea as well due to the snoring. By the way, I used a snore app to enhance my evaluation of all three different products. The first one I tried was ZQuiet. The concept was right on...It advances your lower jaw by 2mm or 6mm depending on which one works for you (they give you both). It definitely helped my snoring. However, because of this, it loosens and moves your lower teeth. It is not a boil and bite, so your teeth are not settled into the device. It really hurt my teeth. The second one I tried was SnoreRX. Same concept as the first, but is a boil and bite. This thing is huge! There is no way to close your mouth. You are forced to be a mouth breather. It was a bit tricky to set it up as well and was not comfortable in any way. I never slept with SnoreRX. I returned it the day I received it. Okay, so the Tranquillam...amazing! The boil and bite process was incredibly easy. It does not advance your lower jaw, but it doesn’t hurt my teeth. I can close my mouth and it is so incredibly comfortable. There is some drooling at first and a few days of getting used to it, but it stopped my snoring from the first night on. You can’t open due to the design, so no talking once it’s in, but I’m able to drink water through a straw in the middle of the night if I’m thirsty without taking it out. It is so inexpensive compared to the others. I just ordered another box of two even though my first one is still fine. I hope this helps someone. I recently tried the Tranquillam Sleep Mouthpiece, and it was a huge disappointment. The mouthpiece was extremely uncomfortable to wear, causing more discomfort than relief. The material felt cheap and rough against my gums, making it difficult to sleep through the night. Poor Fit and Design The custom molding process was a nightmare. Despite following the instructions carefully, the mouthpiece never fit properly. It was either too tight, causing pain, or too loose, making it ineffective. The design seems flawed, as it didn’t align well with my teeth, leading to a frustrating experience. Ineffective and Overhyped This product did not live up to its claims. It failed to improve my sleep quality. In fact, it made things worse by causing jaw pain and discomfort. The air hole design is poorly executed, often getting blocked and making it hard to breathe comfortably. Not Worth the Money Overall, the Tranquillam Sleep Mouthpiece is not worth the money. It promises a lot but delivers very little. I would not recommend this product to anyone looking for a reliable and comfortable sleep aid.

comfortable for me, fits nicely. using a snoring app, my snoring did improve the 1st night, however that didn't last as my lower jaw eventually was able to slip out and fall down and back against my throat anyway. not bad but not really helpful. will be trying something else that will hold my jaw forward. also uncomfortable to have to completely remove for a drink of water.

I have been using this mouthguard for about a week now. I bought it to help with my sleep apnea until I get my professional guard. I have been pleasantly pleased with this one. I have a very small mouth and I was worried it would gag me, which it does not. I will be honest the bottom part doesn't always stay where it belongs. This is because I have had a lot of dental work done. I couldn't bite down hard enough to really make a good impression on the bottom. With that being said, it still has helped me sleep better, and I am not so tired during the day. I do know it has helped with my snoring. I am not waking myself up during the night. I have mild to moderate sleep apnea, and this has helped. For those of you who do not want to spend the money on a professional guard. I would say, "Absolutely try this one"... It is well made and not expensive at all. One man wrote a reminder, leave the white piece in the air holes while you heat it in the water, and while you are molding it to your mouth. Make sure your water is hot enough to be able to get a good impression when you bite down. I have written my honest opinion. I hope you also have good results. Many Blessings

This was my second time purchasing. My first was a bit old and I threw it out after a year and a half before purchasing this replacement. I've tried multiple "anti - snore" mouth pieces, nasal strips etc. This is the only one that I can comfortably breathe through and doesn't make me drool all over my pillow. My wife says she doesn't hear me snoring when I wear this. Other mouth pieces hurt my jaw by morning as they push your lower jaw slightly forward. With the Tranquillam I like that it's moldable to my bite and I can re mold it later if I feel it's necessary. I still do drool a little on occasion but I'm a side sleeper. I imagine of you sleep on your back this would not be a problem. The process to custom fit it is about 5 minutes and very easy. I'm considering purchasing a second one for travel since I travel about 50% of the month and I'd like to leave it in my suitcase. I do find I wake up much less throughout the night when wearing this. For the price I feel this a good value for me and probably a great value for my wife not waking up to my snoring. Again, I've tried many mouth pieces and this one has worked best for me.

Was sceptical about this apparatus but really works. Worth every penny !

Very good mouth piece for bruxism

I was about to buy CPAP machine for my OSA ( obstructive sleep apnea) when I paused to give mouth guards a try. I was skeptical at first but when I used it the first night, I could definitely feel the difference since I felt so fresh in the morning! It is hard to imagine that such a simple device can improve your sleep quality! Instructions say that it could take upto a week to get used to but for me 2 -3 days were enough. Also you may have to repeat the boil and bite method to get a better fit. Sure it does feel a little different sleeping with a mouth guard but it's worth the freshenss you feel in the morning. It may not work for everyone but those who are looking to buy CPAP machine must give it a try first. It may save you a ton of money and discomfort!

It works to stop the snoring since the first night! Just keep in mind since you are not used to have something in your mouth, is going to be a little uncomfortable at the beginning. Molding process was a bit complicated but once is molded it keeps it's shape.

This does not work. Period. You will waste your money.
