MAC False Lashes Mascara Extreme Black

Love this one of the best I have lovely and long eyelashes after just one coat which is unheard of usually I love it very glossy too:)

I ordered 2 Mac False Lashes Extreme Black Mascaras, one for myself and one for my daughter. They are excellent products and we will be purchasing again.

3.5 I like this mascara but I don't really think that it gives you that "false lashes" effect. I have naturally long eyelashes and a lot of them are very light but I do feel like this mascara is good for giving your eyelashes a bit of length. I do have to put another mascara on top of this one to make my eyelashes look thicker and give them a proper "false lash" effect though. This mascara plus the other one really does the job but I'm yet to find a mascara that gives me both length and thickness.

This is such an amazing mascara and doesn't smudge at all. Makes eye lashes really long. However - I haven't bought Mac products off amazon as you can get them Much cheaper off the actual website. This mascara is £19 from Max

I bought this on a recommendation from a friend. it goes on well but doesn't stay put for more than an hour! I looked like a panda for most of the day when I wore this, it literally seems to slide off my lashes and all over my eyes. Needless to say, I won't be buying this again.

Got a sample of this from the Mac Counter. I liked it enough - not at all clumpy and lengthens lashes. Doesn't give any volume, or at least on first application. I wouldn't call this a False Lashes look but instead a natural lashes look. Looks nice however I wouldn't pay for a full price.

I'm a little confused by this mascara... it is of good quality and gives me a lovely natural look BUT it should really not be branded as a false lash effect mascara... I chatted about this recently with a MAC artist in a department store who fully agreed with me... This is my go-to if I want defined, dark but natural lashes for the day time... I wouldn't use this for a dramatic and glamorous evening look. I should also note that this does wash off beautifully at the end of the day and whilst some mascaras seem to stick stubbornly to my lashes, this comes off very well, meaning my lashes suffer less!

I ordered this product (when I got back home) after using my sisters (cosmetologist/ beautician) that I was visiting, I forgot mine and I fell in love with it, like no other mascara. I didn't use it right away (sat for 2 years) because I had another brand that I just bought (two tubes) and didn't go many places because of COVID. I just started using this very mascara (about 5 months ago) and I love it. I have contacts so I definitely need one that is not waterproof and non flaking, best ever. I wear it all day and even after being to the gym and at the end of the day no flaking and no raccoon eyes. If I do have very little little flaking it is because I forgot that I had mascara on and I rubbed my eye(s). I don't use the mascara if I am staying at home or just going to the store so I don't go thru it like someone going to work everyday. At night I just splash warm water on my face softening up the mascara and rub eye gently, then I use my facial wash and washcloth, gently, to remove the mascara. If you read the product information you will see that this is not waterproof and does not claim to curl your lashes but they do have some that are just that. Do not review this product badly if those are the features you are looking for and don't find them in this very product. MAC makes mascara just for curling and waterproof but not in this one.

This mascara is good, but not excellent. I've expected a little bit more of it. I 've received it early than expected.

For me, finding a good mascara is difficult. Thankfully my search is over! This mascara is amazing! It separates, volumizes and seems to lengthen with just one coat and lasts all day with no raccoon eyes or flaking.

This is the best mascara I've ever used. No clumping, makes my lashes look full and long. I've used it since it came out and will never switch.
