Easy to Use
This product is tiny and powerful. It isn't complicated. Just plug it in and press the center button. It will connect to a Bluetooth headset within five to ten seconds. It is so easy to use! The sound quality is perfect. The only thing is, don't put it near the TV's power cable. Such placement will cause static.

Highly Recommend- Here's The Scoop
I give this bluetooth transmitter/receiver 5 stars. I bought this due to the ability to transmit and receive. Both modes worked flawlessly. I will mainly use it in my truck that does not have bluetooth capability. I tested it on a TV, Car Stereo, Bluetooth Ear Buds, and phone. I had no problems pairing what so ever. The sound quality turned out to be pretty good ๐. I never lost connection at any time. The battery life turns out to be great. I did not have to charge it once. I used it on and off over 2 days. The button controls worked as expected. The voice quality was noticeably clear. The features this device offers makes it a great buy for this price point. I am very satisfied with this purchase. I am sure anyone who purchases this will be too!

An excellent product
Let me start by saying the product performs well and, after the first time pairing, connects rapidly. There are a couple of things to know. We purchased this product so that on our upcoming trip my wife could connect to the Airplane on board entertainment with her Airpods. We wanted to test things out. Not having a 747 in our back yard we used a Home Theater receiver that has Bluetooth reception but not transmission. we plugged the BT device into the headphone jack of the receiver. Since I am more experienced with android and my Phonak hearing aids, we tested first with that. The Phonak took forever to get paired. I was about to give up when I picked one of the the Phonak aids up and all of a sudden it was connected. I really don't know what I did. Then we tried the Airpod Pro (2nd Gen). Since we were pairing to a 3rd party device, the Laicomein BT Transmitter (BT TX), I did some research on how to do that. The pods can be paired to many devices but can only connect to one at a time. So we made sure to turn off my wife's IPhone. You turn on pairing on the BT TX and then, leaving the pods in the case, you press the pods setup button for about 5 seconds until it turns white. It flashed green for a second or two and turned white but did not pair. We tried several times without success. Another reviewer had said you have to continue holding the setup button on the pods case. So we tried that. The light flashes green for a few seconds and then turns white and then, after a while, starts flashing green again. That is when it pairs (as shown by the BT TX device green light going from flashing to steady green. After that first attempt, just like with the Phonak, it takes maybe seconds to reconnect the device to the BT TX. There is a delay in the sound transmission. So sound is not synced to the TV screen on our home theater set up. That is a complaint that I see on competing Transmission devices, also. And it isn't all that bad. Sound quality seems to be quite good. All in all, we are pleased with the product. Hopefully, it will work when we get on the plane.

Easy set up and pairing
For the price point, I am pretty impressed with this little thing. I got this Bluetooth transmitter to use with my TV in my bedroom of my shared house so that I could pair it with either headphones or a speaker that would be closer to me in order to keep the sound down. I keep odd hours and didn't want to disturb anyone when I was awake watching shows at 3am. I ended up buying a Bluetooth speaker to pair with it, because I knew I would eventually get irritated with the feeling of wearing headphones. I made sure to buy an aptx low latency Bluetooth speaker to avoid any lag. There was still some lag initially in the sound when I first turned it on, but it seemed to resolve after a minute.or two and if it is still present, it is not noticeable enough to bother me. I love that this was so easy to set up. I am definitely not tech savvy, and I usually struggle with anything that requires set up, but this literally just plugged into my TV and paired once I turned both devices on. It was that easy. The only drawback I see tho this device, which others have also mentioned, is that I have to manually turn it on every time, there is no automatic activation. That means I can't just turn on my TV from across the room and power up my little Bluetooth speaker sitting next to me and start watching my show, I have to disturb my sleeping dog, get out of bed and go across the room, press and hold the power on button on the device to turn it on, and then go back across the room and convince my dog that no, we aren't actually getting up and going out yet. Not my favorite feature for sure. Sometimes it deters me from using it. Other than that, it works great and as intended. If you don't mind manually turning it on each time, I can definitely recommend it.

Quality Bluetooth device that both receives and transmits
I have an older vehicle with a stereo that didn't come equipped with Bluetooth, so I bought this to use in the car to listen to music and podcasts during my commute. I was actually pretty surprised to find out that it both receives and transmits a Bluetooth signal, so that has really expanded the ways I can use it. For example, I can use connect this transmitter to the AUX port on an old record player and then transmit to a nearby Bluetooth speaker - which is pretty cool! The functionality is simple. The package includes a short instruction manual, but it's pretty easy to get this thing working even without it. I like the simplicity of the design, the battery life seems quite good, and it uses a USB-C port for charging (which I far prefer over the micro USB ports that come on a lot of inexpensive tech). Another bonus is that this transmitter/receiver is shipped with several different types of AUX connectors so that you can use it with a variety of new or old sound gear. I'm quite happy with this transmitter, and I was able to use a coupon to get an even better price than usual (be sure to check for this during checkout). If you're looking for an inexpensive way to upgrade an older sound system or stereo, you can't beat it.

Good but not Better than similar models
Update: Jan 2023: this unit 1) sometimes drops audio for a 1/2 sec, This might be some kind of signal that it is time to recharge the battery? and 2) it takes a long 5-10 second press to power on or off. Sort annoying, even if nbd. The reason to buy this BT adapter is so you can play smart phone music and map directions over your car stereo, and your car stereo has an AUX jack but doesn't have blue tooth built in. I have used several similar BT adapters and this is the best one so far. Here why. This one has a tiny blue power light. Enough to let you know it is powered on, but not obnoxiously large and blinking power light like many others. It's great to have a dedicated "Pause/Play" button on this BT adapter to operate your phone. Much better than trying to get your phone unlocked & onto the right screen so you can press pause, while you are driving. It's a safety issue, and this BT adapter is better & safer than your phone without it. Sound quality for playing phone's music to car stereo is great. It was easy to connect to blue tooth. Works for playing music while your phone mapping app tells you where to turn. The phone will dim down the music while it is telling you where to turn, then return music to previous volume. Perfect. This improved 2 way BT adapter is both a transmitter and a receiver. There is a switch on the side to select either. So it is good in more situations! I personally usually use it to get the BT signal from my phone into the legacy car stereo (which doesn't have BT). You could also use it for a music source that doesn't have BT to send that signal to a BT speaker. For example, say your slightly older TV set doesn't have Blueooth, but you'd like to hear the TV on your BlueTooth speaker. This will do that! Just plug the BT adapter into your TV audio out. It's a bridge between favorite older equipment & newer BT devices. There is a built-in mic on the BT adapter so you can make hands-free phone calls using it and your car stereo. Just press the big play/pause button on this BT adapter to answer the call. You can hear your caller over your car speakers really well. The built-in mic is nothing special, about the same as others in this price category. Useful for ordinary hands-free calls, but the mic audio won't impress anyone. Callers said they could hear me ok, but at their end, my phone audio quality could be better. YMMV. My rating for sound quality is for playing music. The BT adapter has a built in battery. In my experience on a recent road trip, the battery lasted about 300 miles of music. Then I plugged it into power. When the BT battery is near dead, it will signal that status by a quick 1/2 second of silence a couple of times before it quits. At least I think that is what that was about. This BT Adapter is USB-C rechargeable. It's OK to leave it plugged into USB power if that is convenient for you, or charge & run off the internal battery. This product includes a short metal dual male plug to plug directly into the AUX port. That works fine. I wanted to find out something, so ran a headphone extension cable (dual male stereo) from my car stereo "aux" jack along the dash board & up to my sun visor, to the BT adapter, with the idea that would get the mic closer to my head which might pick up better audio for phone calls.

Excellent Problem Solver
This is a fantastic problem solver for those of us that have older TVs, car radios, or generally any item without Bluetooth capacity. Originally, (and still in use,) I bought the previous DWR20 model. This is a review of the updated DWR21 model. Starting with the packaging, it comes in a neat orderly box and arrived very quickly. Everything you may need is in the box for any configuration. The instruction manual is easy to use, even though the device is fairly intuitive and hooks up like nearly any Bluetooth device. Once paired with your phone, the device does exactly what itโs intended for and works seamlessly with long battery life and no drop out. It has a Bluetooth range of about 30 feet. I use it continuously in my car to play phone apps. I also utilize it to make and receive telephone calls. If your car doesnโt have Bluetooth capacity but has an auxiliary input to the radio this is exactly what you need. My only minor criticism isnโt with the product but with the manual. Being an older adult, the manual print is very small. Iโd like a larger print font. However, Iโve had contact with their customer service dept. and they are highly responsive and excellent. In summary, this a great product, works exactly as described and has available, responsive customer service.

Great Sized Transmitter/Receiver Kit and a Great Value
I purchased this Kit as a replacement of a years old unit that was much larger and more cumbersome to use. Also, I wanted an updated version, since Bluetooth technology has advanced some over the last several years. What attracted me to this model was the compact size, all the included attachments in an attractive looking kit, and the reasonable price. I use this new unit with the included 3.5 mm male to male connector to attach to my shortwave/ham radio to be able to use my wireless headphones so not to bother my family when in the same room. This small sized unit, and connection method allows the unit to be attached directly to the radio without a cord, so there are no tangling issues, and no requirement to hold the transmitter separately when moving the radio. The transmission is solid, and even stays connected when going from the first floor to the basement without any drops or loss of signal. Since I've had a similar device, it was intuitive and easy to pair with my wireless headphones, and also our entertainment center for late night listening on headphones for concert/music videos/movies when my family is in bed. The manual is fairly well written, but was not really needed in my case. This is an awesome transmitter/receiver kit which includes all connectors need for your possible usage, and at a GREAT Price!

Small but mighty!
My hearing is not what it was and I have been trying to find a solution to the issue of TV listening while my treadmill without blasting the volume and driving my husband, pets and neigbours crazy. This little gadget has brought peace and happiness to my workouts....an affordable, unobstrusive little treasure. It was a brief learning curve for me to figure out how to set it up on my TV as I had trouble finding the right sound outlet. I also had to change the settings on my TV so that the sound bar was disabled and the TV sound was the default source. This could be annoying if you want to use the sound bar for movie effects or for playing music, but it's only a case of switching the TV settings back again ; not a big deal. Once paired with my headphones, which took a few attempts initially, it worked like a charm. The sound comes from both the TV and the headphones so someone else could watch at the same time, although there is a slight time lag between the TV sound and the headphone sound. I just turn down the TV volume and listen to the TV through my headphones. I'm so impressed, I'm going to get another adapter for my kitchen TV so I can listen to whatever I'm watching while preparing food, washing dishes or whatever without the need to have the volume up loud on the TV. I could use the device in both areas, but would rather have a dedicated one to save any hassle. The sound is so much clearer through the headphones too and has a long range, so doesn't break up when I leave the room, even out my yard. All in all, this Bluetooth adapter is the best and cheapest hearing assistance out there, especially if you are age and hearing challenged like me ๐

Bluetooth device purchase
I liked what I received and it was pretty easy to set up. However, one needs to set the bluetooth and connect every time you switchit. I biught this product from Amazon.ae, on amazon.com purchase. i received a 20$ gift voucher, however this was not accepted as it was a amazon.ae purchase and not from amazon.com. Amazon.ae should accept the $20 gift card and should process the voucher, but the teller did not have a clue what needs to done.

Two Bluetooth devices at once
A typical BT transmitter. It paired easily with a Sonos Roam and NAD 3045. Not having a way to compare with similar devices, I can only say that the sound is good and seems to be faithfully transmitted with no drop-out or fading. The volume control seems a bit erratic, as I had to turn it down completely and bring it back to a reasonable level a few times before I was satisfied with the output. (It may have been because the unit was not fully charged?) Recommended.
