No sugary taste at all . I felt some salts. Salts are required to prevent cramping for sports legs . I liked it so much but expensive to keep buying it . When at home, due to the central heating, I seem to live in Sahara Desert 🏜️ effect. My hairs get horribly dried and I started drinking this to hydrate myself! Really pleased . I do feel good after drinking it and clear difference from just drinking water .

Tastes INCREDIBLE!!! Wanted to try a new electrolyte supplement since my last powder ran out. Got this Pineapple & Mango flavour and it tastes sooooo good. I also love that it is lightly sparkling/ carbonated. So happy (-

Purchased because of good reviews and what sport/exercice I'll be doing. Seems good - haven't yet tasted. 20 pods in a tube. Although upon arrival, the product sticker was peeling off. Not ideal, as it has usage instructions and date of expiry on it. Overall, would recommend, especially given the price, but given they're a delicate product (dissolvable tablets), could easily arrive damaged.

These electrolyte tablets have been a game-changer, especially during hot weather, workouts, or long days on the go. They dissolve quickly, taste great (without being too sweet), and really help with hydration and energy levels. I’ve noticed a big difference in how I feel after taking them — less fatigue and no headaches after exercise or travel. They’re also super convenient to carry around. Excellent value and a must-have for staying refreshed and balanced!

I’m a runner, and these have become my go-to on warmer days or after longer sessions. I pop one in my water bottle as soon as I get home and can genuinely feel the difference — it’s a subtle pick-me-up without any sugar crash, and I don’t feel as wiped out later in the day. The Pineapple & Mango flavour is lovely — not too artificial or overpowering like some electrolyte tabs can be. It’s just the right balance of refreshing and sweet, and it actually makes me want to drink more water (always a win after a hot run). Easy to chuck in a gym bag, and they dissolve quickly too. I’m already on my second tube — highly recommend if you’re training regularly or just want something more interesting than plain water.

I have a mother with dementia and she forgets to drink. Thought I would try this to see if it helped with her memory, energy and hydration. Within 4 hrs of the first drink, mum was much more alert, chatting and joking. Much more like her old self. Unfortunately the next day she had an upset stomach. Very untidy! So I had mixed opinions if this is good or not. I then decided to try it for myself to see how it affected me. You dissolve the tablet in 500ml of water, then drink it all. The taste was good, although a bit bitter towards the bottom of the glass where it hadn't dissolved completely. It didn't seem to reduce my muscle pains or cramps. The next day I too had an upset stomach. Perhaps this product is good for sportspeople when they are exercising hard, or perhaps occasionally for those with dementia to give them a boost (and a clear out!) but for me it's not for everyday use.

Flavour is alright and the mixability is good. ..but the EFFECTIVENESS! I pop one of these bad boys into a 500ml water bottle and sip it all before a football game. I tend to be less thirsty and run for longer! So I guess, IT WORKS! Really has surprised me, so I’m sticking with this product and brand. Will try other flavours.

Es schmeckt sehr gut. Werde nochmal kaufen.

Ich nehme für 750ml 2 Tabs. Laut Verbraucheranleitung reicht 1 Tab für 500ml, dann schmeckt es aber sehr wässrig.

Me gustan mucho. Lo compré por recomendación de mi médico porque bebo poco y me mareo. Me ha funcionado. Compré otros en Decathlon y el sabor es peor. Este es de mango y me gusta mucho.
