Why is my order delayed with Amazon

Can i use these in Europe?

Does this have motion detection , and what range or detection 6-10 ft ? Etc

No motion detection that we're aware of. We used two in a 10ft x 20ft shed and the improvement has been substantial. Most likely adding a third fixture. Definite recommendation over conventional LED's or Incandescent light bulbs.
