One morning I looked and the screen was broken, smashed on the corner of the screen. I don't know how, all I can imagine my son dropped it on the laminate floor and on impact smashed the screen. I asked him a number of times and he said he didn't know. Now you try getting this repaired. The manufacturer can't help, I couldn't seem to find a replacement screen on eBay. A shop that would fix would charge more then it's worth. My son used this tablet for learning more then anything. Reading, phonics, spelling aps. I'm contemplating to just buy other one and hope if it's accidentally dropped as it seems regardless it was in case will the screen smash again. ### ⭐⭐ Disappointing *by S***L on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 14 May 2018* I bought two (one pink and one orange). These protective casings are strong and attractive. The pink one worked OK though would only charge through the mini USB and not the pin socket. (You are given two alternative chargers.) However accesssing games for the children was far more clunky than the reviewers' ecstatic reviews led me to believe. An instruction booklet would have helped immensely! The orange one never charged with either charger from the outset, but my little grandson would not allow me to send it back although it never worked! He loves orange so much and can pretend he's using it. Aslo its turning itself off often and when you turn it on you have to go through all the setting again such as settings up date and time, putting wifi password etc...
