Very good clippers that keep a charge for many haircuts. I so not like going to the barbershop, never have, so finding good clippers that last so I can cut my own hair is very important to me. The Glaker hair clippers have so far worked well, not only saving me a lot of money on haircuts but also saving me the agony of having to go and get a haircut. The only thing I wish they included were a couple of left and right taper blades. Luckily, I had tapers from an older set, and they fit on the Glaker.

MOST everything works well: lighter but solid construction & I like that I can change out heads, when they heat up after a long use or start to dull. UNLIKE other clippers: spare heads are available TOO & they are reasonable TOO. Battery life is POOR at best: it DOES'T list the AH rating & is the ONLY negative thing. Like ALL clippers, with non-adjustable heads: without the guard, this can cut skin. Got this for my dogs, that have hair like us: quite on level 1 speed, so it won't overly SCARE them.

My Remington that I've had for decades finally gave out. I'd tried a few others over the years of cutting my own hair, but I never oiled that thing once and it stayed as sharp and effective as it was originally. The mechanism to moderate the blade length finally broke. I read a lot and purchased 3 different clippers, this one and two others that came with a clippers and a trimmer. I tried the Glaker 1st and it did such a splendid job, I plan to return the other two. I want to use it a time or two more before doing so though, just in case it doesn't hold up beyond the 1st usage. It's easy to use, didn't get hot in the 20 minutes I used it, wasn't any louder than expected, and most of all, cleaned my head and goatee up nicely. I keep my hair short, so I can't speak to folks cutting long hair, but I'm very pleased with this item thus far!

I purchased 7 months ago & I'm very pleased with the clippers. I like the variety of guards, oil & accessories that come with it. Holds a great charge. I've done at least 5 cuts on one charge. I use it 5-6 times a month. My favorite part is that it's cordless!

Now this u actually still have this working well as expected and save me from depending or waiting in long lines for a barber,only thing is that is carried a smaller side blade cover to get the level of blade I actually need but otherwise it goid if you just need convenience and want to look Sharpe in a emergency or just don't have the time or money for a barberit get the job done!

I never leave reviews, life is too busy but when something is genuinely surprisingly good, well it deserves a mention. I've spent twice this amount on branded products assuming they would be excellent and I've binned them after a week or two, utter rubbish. This arrived, whacked it on charged, the box is full of more grades then I'll ever need, unless i get a small dog. I'm the classic bald guy, where if it gets too long you soon look like an idiot abroad. This machine nailed it, after an hours charge and the 3mm attachment in place, boom, smoothly and effortlessly, 8 minutes later I'm Jason Statham. Going to love using this trimmer. Best value for money you could hope for. Stop paying for NAMES. MMS
