Ok so one reviewer mentions GF; but has this product passed the GF test? Is it ok to use please?

Not as far as I know, but my gluten intolerant partner eats bread made with this product, and has had no adverse reaction.

Is this japanese shiratamako? - as it got thai and chinese writing on it

I don't think it is Japanese in origin but it is sweet sticky rice flour, it's more like mochiko. It does work well when I used it to make dango using a normal recipe with some sugar.

Can you make Garaeddeok using this?

Sorry but I’m unsure if you can make Garaetteok with this flour,I think you can make It with normal rice flour.
