well made and works well.
I suffer from tight calfs and stiff ankles. This is a great way to stretch and my legs feel a lot better after a short session.Be careful to rock gently. This is a sturdy solid unit and does not feel cheap or flimsy.

Brilliant
Absolutely brilliant! It’s an easy way to get a great calf stretch. The ProStretch has helped loads with plantar fasciitis and solved my Achilles problems. It fits any foot size and is far more effective than a stretch band.Pros• I’ve tried lots of things to stretch my calves, but this has been the best by miles• Extremely easy to use• Excellent, durable build quality• Works with any foot size (irrespective of foot drop)Cons• Stretches the calf, but not the plantar fascia itself. [[ASIN: B00TB7QF0C Ultimate Performance Plantar Fasciitis Socks]] stretch the plantar fascia itself and compliment the ProStretch. The ProStretch comes as a single unit, but you can only stretch one foot at a time anyway. I found using a combination of the ProStretch device and [[ASIN: B00TB7QF0C Ultimate Performance Plantar Fasciitis Socks]] was ideal for resolving plantar fasciitis. Highly recommended!

Works well
You can feel this working when you're using it and the non-slip pads on the bottom are great on hard wood or laminate flooring. I've found it helpful. Not sure there would be any advantage to the more expensive adjustable version so glad I bought this one.Plastic is thick and strong so no worries about putting all my weight on it. Good product.

Great product
My physio lent me one of these to help after I had a bad ankle sprain. It really helps with both the mobility in my ankle but also, much more importantly allows me to get a really decent stretch in my calf and soleus -both of which have caused me problems in the past.

Works very well for me and helped recover from calf muscle tear quickly and useful ongoing...
I bought this to specifically help with a calf muscle tear I had whilst running, it has made the recovery much faster and now find I use it as part of my running warm up, apparently as you get older the calf muscle needs regular stretching to avoid injury. So this has proved to be useful ongoing from the original purchase purposeThere are a number of stretches on the company website and are well explainedI use it on wooden and tiled kitchen floors and never had it slipThis has been a very useful purchase and would recommend it if you want to maintain calf muscle movement and hopefully reduce injuries

Just excellent!
Just brilliant. Simple and sturdy design. The best calf stretch I've ever had. Very easy and comfortable to use. Really helping with metatarsal issues. Thanks!

Medi dyne
I bought this to got some more flexibility/mobility in my calf. Had used it every day for a month. I did feel it working but think the classic ankle/calf stretches are just as good and they're free.Had problems with an impingement on the front of my ankle when stretching very far on the Medi Dyne. I also felt the bottom driving into the bottom of my heel when stretching far.I guess it would work it you have limited mobility in the calf. I think you should try the the classic calf stretches or even buy a foam roller and use it in conjunction with your stretching and see do you see any change.

Prostretch calf stretcher
I’ve given this product 5 stars because it is well made, and sturdy. However, I’m still learning how to use it properly. I am 79 years old with PF AT and tightness in my calves. Hoping with physio I will get maximum relief 🙏🏽
