Vallejo - Glaze Medium 18 ml. (0.60 fl.oz.) | Transparent, Slow-Drying Acrylic Medium for Flow and Glazing Effects

It’s good acrylic paint for plastic Models. You can either thin with warm water or their specialized paint thinner. If you use an airbrush be sure the paint consistency is like milk and you use the correct psi for optimum flow from your airbrush.

This is a good glossy black. I used it for custom die that I laser engraved to make the engraving pop. I do try another brand without as good of a result

Vallejo paints are really good straight out of the bottle for a brush. If you are going to use them for air brushing you are going to need a mix of thinner, airbrush flow improver and mild retarder to keep the paint flowing and not clogging the tip.

I basically settled on this color as the basic bottle color I will use to paint imperial vehicles like AT-AT’s, ATAT’s, probe droids and similar mid-grey vehicles. I add a variety of other colors to this one to create subtle variation colors and contrasts to the armor. I thought at first that it might be too dark or too light, but it works decent enough and saves me from having to mix a base grey each time I mix a color. It just works well for my purposes and aesthetics. It makes my process “quicker-to-table.”

For acrylics the Vallejo range are pretty good, solic coverage and easily thinned and great on a wet pallet.
