Flimsy, thin and no adhesive.
so thin and squished. I didn't even use these. They would look crazy on the wall. Can't speak to usage. No adhesive and I cant even think of how I would get these up.

I figured it out...THEY ARE GREAT!
I read all of the reviews before purchasing the tiles. I still gave it a shot not knowing what I was going to do to resurrect the bulkyness of the panels. I then Googled what others did. All you need is a blow dryer on high heat. DO NOT DUNK THEM IN WATER. Take a panel and start blow drying them. I literally was placing the drying so close, but keep it in motion. Otherwise it burns! I did the back and front until it puffed out again. I also did each ridge. It was so great, just took a little patience and effort. Try now to blow dry near your fingers. They are great and it works. Please give it a try. I wish the seller would include the video I Googled for instructions.

Poor Quality
Half the panels received never expanded (they are shipped compressed and vacuum packed) even after a week. The Color wasn't as bright a white as I would like, and they are extremely thin, even when they DO expand. The cut of each panel is also very haphazard, and as a result, adjoining panels don't fit together well.

How to reconstitute these panels when they arrive flat
I understand why they ship these flattened with the air removed, because once they are fluffed back up they get very large and the shipping costs would be extravagant. That said, it does require a little work to bring them back to fullness. After removing the packaging, peel the squished-together layers of foam apart. Dunk them in a bucket or sink full of WARM water, squeezing and massaging them under the water, taking them out and squeezing the water out, etc repeatedly until they fluff back up. Squeeze them as dry as possible, then tumble in a LOW HEAT clothes dryer for 15 minutes, and after that either air dry them in a room of your house or put the dryer on NO HEAT/ AIR DRY setting and keep them tumbling until they are done. I just got them today and they look okay for now, after getting the above treatment. If something happens in the future I can post another review.

Seem cheap
These are very thin and dont seem like they would reduce sound much. They do look good, but not a high quality item

Don’t know why ppl complained?
I received these knowing that maybe I was gonna have to out work on these when they came in and surprisingly I didn’t! They looked great in shape and no bents or weird dents! I’m super happy and purchasing more already!

Disappointed and remorseful
Unfortunately, I have to agree with the negative reviews. I just got this and instantly regretted buying this. It was cheap, black Friday deal. This arrived compressed, looking deflated, and with a weird smell. It feels fragile, it can tear easily when handling it and it does not have a hard back, making it a little challenging to stick to the wall. Not only does it smell weird, it does not look appealing or attractive at all.

Too compact
1/3 of the foam was so squished that it never fully expanded and even pulling at the foam won't help
