The ingredients are listed on back of tin but I don't know if this is shown on the webpage. From the tin in my pocket the ingredients are - sugar, glucose powder, e420, maltodextrin, gelling agent e414, flavouring and colours e162 and e160a

Are they better than Altoids Cinnamon? Is it a similar texture?

Never had altoids so can't say. They have a strong cinnamon flavour and a very slightly chalky texture. I love them
