I originally bought this because I have very sensitive skin that is prone to irritation, and I’ve struggled to find a moisturiser that is both gentle and effective. After using this for a while, I can confidently say it is an excellent choice. It has lasted me ages, making the price tag (around £9) absolutely fantastic value for money. When you compare the cost-per-gram to smaller tubes of specialist sensitive skin creams, this wins hands down.Ease of Use:The pump dispenser is a massive bonus. It makes application quick, hygienic, and mess-free, especially when your hands are already slippery. You just pump out exactly what you need after a shower.Texture & Colour:The cream is pure white, free from artificial colours, and completely fragrance-free (no irritating perfumes). Despite being deeply hydrating, it doesn't leave a heavy, greasy film behind and absorbs surprisingly quickly into the skin.Pros:Extremely gentle and soothing for sensitive, dry, or eczema-prone skin.Huge 500g size lasts a very long time.Convenient pump bottle for easy, one-handed application.Brilliant value for money.Non-greasy and absorbs fast.Cons:Because it's a hefty 500g bottle, it is quite bulky and heavy. As a vet nurse, I have always struggled with dry hands due to constant handwashing. No cream was ever truly enough to keep my skin moisturised. Up until I got this QV cream, I had been using the dark blue Aveeno cream, which only just made my dry hands bearable. Ever since switching to this product, my hands have improved dramatically. Even my coworker noticed a difference.I will say, the best effect is achieved when I use this cream in conjunction with coconut oil. After showering, I rub coconut oil all over my body. Then, I dry myself off, after which I apply the QV cream. By doing this, I can go into work the next day with normal looking hands and not feeling like I’m going to crack and bleed. There’s no dryness or white flakes. I sometimes get lazy and use the QV cream without coconut oil, but I notice it pretty soon, since my hands start feeling a little dry.While it’s not quite enough on its own for someone like me, it works well with coconut oil and it has saved my skin.

This stuff is perfect in so many ways!I have terrible skin allergies that have caused a lot of bother finding something that didn’t irritate it more.It doesn’t have a strong scent, I think it’s fragrance free if I remember correctly.Unlike some other heavy duty moisturisers, this isn’t greasy and feels really nice and hydrating.I think I’m on to my third or fourth large bottle of this which is a first for me, as I’ve not found anything my skin has tolerated this well before!It’s also cruelty free and vegan friendly which I love.Highly recommend this as it’s saved my skin so many times.

Crema scoperta per puro caso, si stende benissimo, idrata la pelle secca anche in inverno e non appicca. Il dosatore permette di erogarne la giusta quantità senza sprechi. Non ha alcun odore. La uso sia per il corpo dopo la doccia che come crema per le mani.Peccato che la confezione da 500g non sia piu' disponibile su Amazon perche; e' piu' conveniente di quella da 1 litro che costa 22 euro.
