Quite firm and rigid - but don't mark a wall if you use them against it if massaging your back / shoulder. Pack of 2 are good to massage your feet at the same time. Not found them to lose their firmness - clever little aid. L

These are good for all parts of the body,would recommend.

Is there any latex in these balls?

I don’t know. I don’t have the packaging anymore, have bought it long time ago. It is a really hard ball and does the job really well. Doesn’t squish and the spikes don’t give way when you press them on the required areas.
