How can I remove the valve caps when needed ?

Hi, These tops / caps are not designed to be removed easily as the bare spindle is HS&E issue. Best regards

How do you get the metal discs to stay in? They slide over the tabs OK but fall straight out again when you turn them over to fit onto the valves

what is max size of valve spindle that this cap will fit?

These tops are designed to fit the spindle of all 15mm or 1/2" radiator valves. The tops of the spindles come in 4 varieties. The pack contains an appropriate drive disk for each. The diameter of the valve body catered for is a maximum of 23mm above this size one of our commercial tops is required. The collar allows a snug fit to be achieved.

Will these fit old Imperial radiator valves? 1/2" body, 5/16 spindle, 1/4" flat.
