Review: Excellent 4" paring knife which is well balanced and sits comfortably in the hand - I was eagerly awaiting the release of the Zelite Infinity knives in the UK. I had seen these marketed on social media and was impressed by their looks. I was further impressed by the reviews these were receiving in the US. I was therefore delighted when they were finally released on desertcart UK. I ordered this knife on the Thursday they were released and they were delivered the next day, whats remarkable about this was that it was Good Friday in the UK and the delivery was free! Upon opening the desertcart box I was impressed with the quality of the packaging the knife was in and once opened the knife inside oozed quality even before you picked it up. Once in the hand the knife feels very balanced and comfortable. The 4" paring knife is a great choice for peeling, slicing, dicing, and chopping smaller vegetables and fruit. The blade slices through with very little resistance which ensures that the process of preparing food is both effortless and non-time consuming. These blades are seriously sharp and are a major upgrade to my previous knives which were cumbersome to use and blunted very quickly. Very impressive and would be a fantastic addition to even the most professional chefs kitchen.
Review: A beautiful product from a fantastic company. - These knives are brilliant. I bought the 4” pairing knife and the Chefs knife, and have now returned to buy the 5.5” serrated knife, the 6” utility knife, and the 7” santoku knife. Before this I only had a fairly mid-range knife set, which I thought was pretty decent, but these knives are a different level altogether. The craftsmanship is outstanding, a beautiful Damascus steel design with a full tang handle. Perfectly weighted, the knives are a pleasure to hold, but it all comes down to the blade edge. These knives are razor sharp, making anything you can think of an absolute breeze. One of the first meals I made contained butternut squash. Normally a complete arm workout, the Chef’s knife cut through it like butter. I couldn’t believe how good they were. Don’t get me wrong, if you’re the kinda guy who only uses a knife to pierce the film on your microwave mash potatoes, they’re probably a little pricey, but if you think your skills in the kitchen are a force to be reckoned with, compliment them with this set of knives, you won’t be sorry!

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Lovely little knife

This Knife was a present to my wife who said that she wanted a new kitchen knife after using the 8 inch Zelite chef’s knife I got a couple of weeks before. She wanted a smaller knife as she has considerably smaller hands than myself. I wanted to wait a couple of weeks after buying the knife to review it to ensure that it is an honest review. The knife its self comes in a fantastic well packaged magnetically locking cardboard box lined with perfectly fitting foam cut-outs for the knife. It arrived as normal with a wickedly sharp 15 degree angle on the blade making it a dream to cut through any food prep. The balance of the blade is ever so tip heavy but nothing really noticeable. I am happy to say after weeks of use in the kitchen the blade has stayed factory sharp and I hope it will continue for a couple more months before I bring out my wet stones. The only negative I have is the same for this knife as its bigger brother the 8 inch chef’s knife. The engraving on the blade is a bit of an annoyance as this could be an area where bacteria can thrive if the knife is not cleaned properly. I also feel it interrupts the patina on the knife blade. This put aside it is a wonderful knife to use particularly if like my wife you have smaller hands and don’t want a larger knife like my favourite the 8 inch chef’s knife. I am looking forward to when the rest of the range gets released in the UK.
