Does this toothbrush actually spin, or does it just vibrate?

No!!! I guess people aren't looking close enough because it DOESN'T SPIN. WHICH IS $@&@% because it's called spinbrush! What the heck!! It just vibrates. Can't seem to find anything that's not deceptive these days.

this says pack of 1, but that 1 package includes 2 heads, correct?

Does the bottom have a full circle or a half circle with an arc above it as the connection for the brush head onto the brush? Thanks!

I have a Crest Spinbrush Pro and when these heads are attached the circular part moves in a very short arc and the rear part moves from left to right. The brush would be more effective if the circle moved in at least a half circle and the rear part moved in an up and downward motion. Not to post an ad but: the Walmart Equate brand has a 1/4 circle rotate and the rear brush sweeps in an upward motion. Not a dentist, but that seems like a better brushing action.
