Product meets expectations
This product was purchased to replace a 15 year old DYMO printer. It seams that this product is everything I wanted, except the print quality that haven't improved from my previous product. The tape quality looks and feels better than the office grade labels i have used before. All in all i am satisfied by this purchase.

Excellent label maker
Excellent label maker. Very versatile. You can get it considerable cheaper if you shop around. Additionally, Dymo are doing a 40% cash back deal till 30th Nov 2014.
User
Very disappointed.
Lasted just under 2 years with very light use. Dymo wouldn’t honour the warranty as I’d lost the invoice. I’ve since purchased a Brother label maker that prints better and was a fraction of the cost.

Four Stars
Excellent in every way, difficult to use at first, bulky and large. but it does the job nicely.
User
Poor quality print. Labels fiddly to peel. Buttons fiddly. Slow operation. This is not a professional tool.
Not fit for purpose
