Lakeland Stack-a-Boxes Plastic Food Containers & Lids (400ml) x 10

These are a very practical design, being airtight, square and stackable with various pretty coloured lids for easy colour coding. I bought them for storing batches of home made sweets in single layers so their height of 4cm is perfect. A stack of boxes takes up very little space in the fridge or cupboard. Of course, I’m now also finding them perfect for single portions of leftovers etc. since they are also freezer proof and microwaveable. All in all, very useful and excellent value for money.

I bought these cos I needed food tubs that fit in my mini fridge and these were the absolute perfect size. The colours bring me a lot of joy, as does the way they stack so well, both in the fridge with food in but also with lids off for storage so they hardly take up any cupboard space. I don't store liquids in them unless they are flat and would not trust them to be completely leak proof, though the lids do click on quite securely. But I think if used for food portions, even in a sauce, I would have no real concerns of leaks unless they were violently shaken! I use them to batch cook yoghurt recipes and overnight oats etc for the week. Or to store snacks like veg batons and hummous. They have been through the dishwasher and freezer many times, including the lids, as I've had these for months now and they are still good as new. No warping or cracking. I can remove the lids easily though I can understand someone might struggle if their finger strength or dexterity is affected. All in all I'm really pleased with this purchase.

I bought the Lakeland Stack-a-Boxes for batch cooking and freezing portions, and they’ve been brilliant. The 750 ml size is perfect for single or double portions of soup, curry or pasta sauce. They stack neatly in the freezer and nest inside each other when empty, which saves a lot of cupboard space. I also like that they’re dishwasher, freezer and microwave safe – really handy for reheating. The lids clip on firmly enough for everyday storage and short trips, though I wouldn’t put very liquid food in my bag upside down. After several uses they’re still looking good with no cracks, and for the price you get a lot of boxes. Overall, a simple, practical and great-value storage solution for anyone who cooks ahead.

I use these to store 'portion-controlled' quantities of food in my freezer. They're just the right size for my needs and are fit for purpose. The lids are very difficult to put on and subsequently remove, but I'd prefer this to a loose fitting that might compromise on food quality while frozen. The bases are definitely dishwasher proof, but I'm not so sure about the lids. There's no dishwasher safe symbol on them, only a plastic recycling mark. I wash mine by hand in warm soapy water to be sure. I saw someone give a poor star rating because 'their' sandwiches didn't fit in the containers. The sizes are clearly visible in the details. It's unbelievable that they blame the product for their poor judgement. I've had mine for over a year now and, so far, not had any breakages or issues... other then an incorrectly fitting lid or two when I first had them. Like I said, the lids are very tight and need a good deal of evenly spread pressure to ensure a good seal. Equally, I find it easier, when removing the lids, to start in one corner and 'gradually' prise the lid off evenly while going around the container.

I have just bought an extra pack of these because I don't have enough of them. I have had a quantity of these containers for a good many years and they have stood up well to repeated freezing, thawing, microwave reheating and washing. They are very durable and even tomato based sauces and curries do not stain the plastic. They remain flexible in the freezer enabling the lids to be removed without cracking, compared to other types which become brittle when frozen. These are an ideal size for freezing individual portions of soups, casseroles, curries etc., with room to provide enough head-space for the contents to expand when frozen. The fact that they are shallow means that contents will thaw more quickly than a more upright container, and being square they waste less space in the freezer. A quarter of a 20cm / 8" quiche or tart will fit nicely in one of these. They also stack neatly when full, and nest together when empty to save cupboard space. Even after years of use, the lids continue to snap shut firmly just as they did when new. Definitely my go-to container for freezing batch-cooked meals. For those who are interested, they are made in Belgium and the material is polypropylene.

Second time buying these. Great for storing leftovers. Fab for freezing single portions of food. Fits a sandwich in nicely. Lids close snuggly. Great price. Fast delivery. Buy with confidence.

Ihave bought this product several times to portion my home made soup for my grandchildren, who say I make best soup They are stackable, leakproof and strong and have so many other uses that my daughter and daughter in law never seem to send back as many as I send out. They obviously like them too.

I don't eat big meals so these easily fit a single portion in for me. They stack perfectly (inside or on top of each other). They're good quality and last for years. They clean in the dishwasher. The only thing I don't do is use them in the microwave as it does stain them. Probably not healthy to do that with any tupperware anyway. Only bought more because people tend to keep them when you give them food!

Commandées une 1ere fois en juillet pour avoir des contenant plus grand pour faire les petits plats de ma fille de 15 mois car ceux d'une grande marque pour bébé ne sont plus suffisants.... pas déçue du tout, les boîtes contiennent facilement 350/400g selon ce qu'on met dedans. J'en ai commandé un 2eme lot du coup 😉

si chiudono bene e li ho provati sia in microonde sia in freezer e mantengono gli alimentari come devono. poi il costo è molto vantaggioso

Ich habe diese Dosen bestellt um mir portionsweise Fleisch und vorgekochtes Essen fürs Büro einzufrieren. Die Bestellung kam schnell und unbeschädigt, ebenso riechen die Dosen nicht. Die Boxen sind super fein stapelbar, geschirrspülerfest und schließen gut. Die Größe ist optimal, da es genau eine gute Portion ergibt. Ich finde das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis top.

Cela fait deux ans que j'utilise ces boîtes pour congeler des plats individuels. Elles suivent donc un cycle régulier du congélateur au micro-ondes et pour l'instant elles sont encore comme neuves. Elles ne marquent pas non plus après avoir contenu des ingrédients colorants, type curry ... ce qui n'est pas le cas d'autres boîtes que j'ai pu avoir. La contenance est suffisante pour une part de viande ou une part de légumes, mais pas pour les deux. Un excellent rapport qualité / prix.

Li ho comprati per mettere in freezer dei liquidi e purtroppo non sono per nulla ermetici. Gli angoli lasciano passare i liquidi e quindi non adatti allo scopo.
