Given as a Christmas gift. He loves it.

This is a good bit of kit for making this specific pasta, but I had thought it was much bigger and made spaggetti! Tha answer is to check the dimensions ahich I didnt!

Really good for making Gnocchi the easy way (but very time consuming). Also has introduced me to garganelli - very easy to do and fantastic when done (also takes ages!) Nice and wide for easy use. Excellent in every respect

Makes lovely gnocchi. Easy to use I love the little rolling pin for garganetti - even comes with instructions for this too!

NIcely made abd does what it's meant to. Smaller than expected but that's a positive

Este producto esta pensado para el cocinero que realmente dusfruta de una pasta recien hecha o en su caso gnocchi o gnuddi cual sea su preferencia, da una sensacion de comer algo que esta hecho con calidad y esfuerzo. Facil de usar con un tamaño bastante facil de guardar en un cajon o gaveta sin estorbar hasta su siguiente uso. Recomiendo tratarlo con "wood butter" en dos a tres ocasiones antes de usar dejando un tiempo estimado de 12 a 24 horas entre aplicaciones para mantener la madera en condiciones de uso por años.

Exactly as advertised...

La verdad es que pensaba que era un poco más grande, pero cumple su función perfectamente. Ya lo hemos probado para hacer pasta y es estupendo, sobre todo para pasar la mañana con los más peques de la casa. El producto se ve que es duradero y resistente. Gran compra sin duda.

Wonderful for rolling out gnocchi, garganelli or cavatelli. With it's angled edge, it is easy to prop up on the table while rolling your pasta on it. Very user friendly and good quality. Certainly a tool of refinement that doesn't disappoint. The only disappointment I had with it was optical. Based on pictures, compared to other boards, I thought it was a darker wood--cherry wood or something--and that was why it cost a bit more. That wasn't the case. Still beechwood--but that is a superficial critique and in no way affects it's durability or it's efficiency.
