**Q: Does anyone know what 'angle' this blade sharpens at please?**
A: I just place my knife blade in at any angle, the same with the honing 'blade'. I find it works any which way.

**Q: Hi does it remove a lot of metal? I have an any sharp and it removes a lot of metal.**
A: Hi, there are two sharpening sections, the wider one for very blunt blades removes a little metal, the narrower one for a sharp finish seems ok with little or no metal removed, however this all depends on the quality of the knives you are sharpening.

**Q: What is the difference with this and  sabatier-triple-rivit (two stage knife sharpener)**
A: Nothing except design

**Q: It says "move the knife smoothly back and forth" ! For other sharpenters we move the knife in one direction only. Can someone cofirm what's right?**
