Review: Warning - structurally unsafe and seller not interested - Wood structure has very deep cracks in it - the full length of some of the poles and the cracks going half way through the poles. Upon receipt of this product I was unable to put it up for some time and it was stored in a dry safe environment, with nothing on top of it so it could not have been damaged in storage. When I did eventually open it I found the cracks render it structurally unsafe. I contacted the seller for a remedy and despite cracks in the structure being a known defect cited in various other reviews they have refused to offer any remedy, despite this product never being used and stored safely. Given this until to see how this can be the passing of time that would be the reason for the cracks in the wood and therefore in my view this product cannot be fit for purpose.
