I bought this diffuser from Organic Aromas to replace an inferior look alike Diffuser that was so noisy I had to turn the tv up when it was on! The Organic Aromas Diffuser arrived next day as promised and is more a work of sat than a Diffuser. It is also whisper quiet. Unfortunately there was a problem with the pump and it was producing next to no mist. I contacted the company via their web chat and they responded immediately, after a few diagnostic investigations they told me the pump was the problem. A new pump was sent out straight away expedited delivery and arrived within 3 days. The diffuser now works perfectly. This is one of the few companies I have come across that produce superior quality goods and have the superior customer service to go with it. Don't make the mistake I did trying to save money going for the cheap version it's not worth it, I would highly recommend this diffuser as it not only looks great but produces a great aromatic mist.

This is real quality, exactly as advertised. Well made and stylish, more importantly it is also incredibly quick and efficient at dispersing essential oil into the air. Easily powerful enough to cover a large space I actually run it near its lowest setting in my front room and the oils can still be smelt in the hallway and nearest room. The motor is audible when close but is an acceptable low hum. Originally I was looking at all the cheaper diffusers that work by humidifying water but I didn't like the idea of constantly adding more moisture into the house. I gradually researched further up the price bracket until finding this and I think it's perfect and worth the extra cost compared to the plastic water-filled units. Note that the LED lights in the glass bowl will constantly cycle through different primary colours when the nebuliser is in use and they cannot be turned off. If you want a unit with the lights disabled it has to be done at the factory before shipment, so you have to buy from the manufacturer Organic Aromas direct and not via Amazon.

Very very good, the smell from oils I've used before in a burner smell so different. This is one of the best purchases I have made. Can't comment on after sales service as we have only had it a week or so but very pleased with quality of this product.

loved this nebuliser... bit of a pain to clean but worth it.. then 13 months after purchase the pump stopped.... edit. Customer services have been great and offered to repair the unit for me....

Love this. It looks great and can make the room smell lovely in a very short space of time. You don't have to worry about adding water and if you forget it's on it automatically switches itself off.

hardly producing any vapor, very weak performance, very disappointed with the product.

I dont normally write a review as such but i feel this product is simply amazing! I bought intially, an aromatic ultrasonic diffuser which left me feeling like i needed something better. I set this bad boy up, fired it up and within seconds the room simply had the fragrance which comes with the nebulizer, its amazing the coverage you get and the speed at which it happens!! The product is the real deal and deserves credit. If you are on the fence about buying this, its get my approval which does not come easy, trust me :)

was working like a dream come true for 3 months until it finally decide to pack in...pump stopped working...for £75 i expect much better but seems product is poorly made!!!!!

I am very pleased with this purchase. This is small, beautiful and effective. The wood base is very attractive. The colourful lights can be turned on or off, or select one colour only instead of the very nice changing multi colours. This is a nebulizer and no water is required to operate. Just pure essential oils.This is far better that the old type oil diffuser which required water and is a big hassle. This really gets the scent out there into the room, and does not waste oil like some of the water diffusers I have used in the past. It is fairly easy to clean, unlike the diffusers. It's nicely boxed and would make a lovely gift. It is well packaged to avoid any damage. It arrived quickly in perfect shape. The instructions are very easy to understand.

I really liked the look of this unit and was tired of the water and oil method of burning oils; so even though it was pricey I bought it anyway. When it arrived it looked spectacular on my desk and I happily used it for a few weeks and really thought what an amazing purchase. But then, it stopped working. I immediately reached out to the company. And here is where they earned every bit of this 5 star review. Their customer service from the start was wonderful. They were very engaged and extremely helpful both on phone and in email. They listened as I told them what it was and wasn't doing, had me do a few things and then promptly sent me a new base. They did this twice. By the second send another representative from their company recorded a short video for me personally about the cleaning just in case it was the glass bottle that was problematic. As it turns out *I* hadn't done the cleaning with the alcohol thoroughly. I was afraid I'd break the very thin filaments (see pictures for how thin they are; but they're apparently very strong!) so I didn't really rest the pipette on the filament to push the alcohol out. I had just kind of put it in the basin of the glass and swirled it about. The cleaning he suggested did the trick. This company makes this purchase worth it. Below is more detail about the product, but know the company does 100% stand by it and they take customer satisfaction VERY seriously.. You do not see that often. As to the unit: It's gorgeous, the light is subtle and the rotation of the light colors is pleasing (as an aside I'd love it if we could choose a color in the rotation but that is only my opinion). At night the light is a welcome sight and if it's bothersome a simple touch of your finger on the light sensor will turn that off. It's not noisy even on high, it only produces a light hum. I also have purchased several of their essential oil blends. This was the first purchase Designer Series Essential Oil Blends Collection by Organic Aromas - Luxury Gift Set for Professional Aromatherapy ... And this was the second The Elements Premium Essential Oil Blends Collection Complete Set by Organic Aromas All of the oils are of absolute high quality, the fragrances are truly lovely. I have also used other essential oils and blends in this unit and not experienced any issues with it. It's a purchase that is worth it. It's great peaceful relaxation and knowing the company stands behind it and if something goes wrong you'll be taken care of, makes the purchase all the sweeter. Take care of your unit (trust me it's not difficult to do) and you will get much enjoyment out of this (and their other products too)
