TransOurDream Waterslide Decal Paper adds a unique sunscreen coating to make your design long-lasting vivid and vibrant. Custom 120g-backing paper to ensure the compatibility with as many inkjet printers as possible, and no paper jam during continuous printing. The thickness of the transfer film is 10% thicker than others (Ours: 0.06mm, Others: 0.056mm), so that it is non-breakable, easy to use and stick. Operation Steps STEP 1: SET Settings before printing Don’t reverse your image--- No mirror printing . Set Printing Quality to HIGH QUALITY and Paper Type to Plain Paper . Our water transfer paper supports high resolution 9600 x 2400dpi. The printed color is quite vivid and saturated. STEP 2: PRINT Print your design on the BLANK side of the transfer paper. Check if the printed image is complete after printing done. NOTES Please don’t touch the printed image directly, the grease on your fingers will reduce the adhesion of coating. You can print more small images on one sheet of transfer paper to improve its utilization rate. Compatible with Pigment Ink, Dye Ink. Please do NOT use Sublimation Ink. Not compatible with Laser printer. STEP 3: SPRAY COATING After the printed image dries out, slowly and continuously spray an even coating of the Acrylic Spray 20cm away from the image. Allow it to dry for 1 or 2 hours. Or Dry it using hairdryer at low temperature. Make sure the coating covers the image fully and as thin as possible. Acrylic Spray is Crystal Clear Spray Paint. Due to its inflammable nature, it is not included in the pack . You can buy it from local store or online. STEP 4: CUT OUT YOUR DESIGN Use scissors to cut out your design. Do NOT cut too close to the edge of the image, leaving a 2 ~ 3mm of margin. STEP 5: SOAK IN WATER Soak your design into lukewarm water for 15 ~ 25 seconds to separate the backing paper and the transfer film. Don’t soak the image too long, or the film would break during transfer. If the ink of your design peels off or the color fades, that means the coating is too thin or part of your design is not fully covered by the coating. STEP 6: TRANSFER Separate the backing paper of soaked image, press one side of image, slide the backing paper off from another side gently . STEP 7: SMOOTH OUT THE IMAGE Use a plastic board to smooth out the image, wipe off water on the surface, discharge small bubbles and droplets until the image stick perfectly on the mug. NOTE Please make sure there’s no air bubbles and droplets when the image stick on mug, the small bubble will become to big bubble after backing, affect the image looks and image is easy to peel of with bubble inside. STEP 8: BAKE Adjust the oven to 140℃-160℃ （284℉-320℉） , preheating for 5 minutes then put the cup into the oven, adjust oven to the upper and lower fire position back for 10-15 minutes (Be careful of burns). Waiting the cup calm down after backing. STEP 9: DONE Congratulations, your transfer DIY work is successful! Please refer Step-by-Step video tutorial if you have any questions.
