May not work with USB flash drives
I have an aluminum 4-port USB adapter I bought YEARS ago on Amazon, but it gets filled up with devices (keyboard, mouse...) too quickly. I thought this 7-port adapter would give me more USB real estate, but I discovered today on delivery it won't work with at least some USB flash drives. I tried using a Samsung 128GB flash drive with it and neither Mac OS nor Windows will recognize the Samsung flash drive. To be transparent, I'm using the Samsung USB-A micro-SD card insert storage device that lets you switch out micro-SD cards. My USB 2.0 devices (keyboard, wireless mouse dongle) work fine as does a standard Samsung USB-A 128 GB flash drive. But micro-SD cards don't work with this even if they're in a USB-A interface. Caveat Emptor. Minus one star. Buyers should also know this USB hub has a garish, bright blue light when it's on that blazes across a dark room. No way to turn it off. Have to use sticky, ugly tape to cover it up. Minus another star. Very quickly, I got error messages that the hub had spontaneously disconnected from my machines (Mac, Windows). Then the hub would reconnect. Then cycle over disconnected/reconnected over and over again, threatening integrity of data during any copying from laptops to attached thumb drives. Unsafe. Minus two stars! Lastly, this USB storage unit is all plastic. Doesn't bode well for longevity and is even worse for picking up gooey residue from tape used to occlude the bright blue alert light. To say nothing of the environmental costs of yet more cheap plastic that'll enter the ocean or landfills when this unit finally fails. Minus yet another star. Unsafe drive (threatens data loss due to unstable connectivity). Garish blue light you can't turn off. Cheap plastic. Doesn't work with micro-SD cards in USB readers. We returned.

Works perfect for an older laptop with few USB ports
I needed this product for my older laptop that had 3 USB ports but 1 burned out. The laptop does not have built in WIFI capabilities. I couldn't use my wired mouse, WIFI adapter and my camera with 2 USB port. I purchased this to see if I can streamline things. The item works perfectly. It is a little warm but not hot upon use. It has a blue light confirming that the connection to my laptop is working. The cord could have been a bit long but it's not really a huge problem. My WIFI adapter, wired mouse and camera all work perfectly. I can even connect a USB speaker to my laptop when I want to listen to something and increase the value. It is worth the money in my opinion.

Solid and Adjustable, but with Quirks
Solid and Adjustable, but with Quirks I’ve been testing out this VEVOR racing wheel stand with a Logitech G920 setup, and my overall impression is that it’s solidly built with plenty of adjustability, but it does come with some quirks worth mentioning. Assembly wasn’t too difficult—took me about 30 minutes with the included hardware—but it’s not the most intuitive build. The frame itself is heavy steel, and once it’s tightened down, it feels sturdy and doesn’t slide around on the floor, which is a huge plus when you’re in the middle of a race. The adjustability is another strong point: you can tweak the angle of the wheel mount, the pedal position, and the height to get things comfortable. That said, there are tradeoffs. The stand is on the heavier side, so while it technically folds, it’s not something you’re going to want to move around every day. I also noticed that depending on how you position the shifter mount, it can feel a little cramped—fine if you’re casual racing, but more noticeable in longer sessions. One thing to keep in mind is that this is just the stand—no wheel or pedals are included—so make sure you already have a compatible Logitech or Thrustmaster setup. Once everything is mounted, it feels very solid, but you’ll want to take the time to tighten every bolt to avoid wobble. Bottom line: A good mid-tier wheel stand that offers excellent stability and adjustability once set up, but it’s not the most portable or space-friendly option. Better suited for someone who wants a semi-permanent racing rig at home rather than a fold-away solution.

Plenty of Ports and Fast Transfer Speeds
This 7-port USB hub is a lifesaver for my setup. It connects easily, works with all my devices, and the transfer speeds are fast with USB 3.0. I like the compact design, it doesn’t take up much desk space but gives me all the extra ports I need. Perfect for laptops or desktops when you’re running out of USB slots. Solid build quality and works exactly as described.

Works Great
I’ve had this product for a week now and so far so good. It’s as easy as plug and play and it works instantly. So far I have my keyboard, mouse, speaker, ring light, LED mousepad, and webcam plugged in with no issues. I like that there’s a light to indicate there’s power running through. My only con so far is that I wish the cord was about an inch or two longer. It feels cheap and very light, but like I said it’s getting the job done and running everything I plug into it. I’ll update if there are any issues I run into.

Randomly stops working after 1 month
First off, just like fellow Amazon shoppers when looking at items, I look for value and products that are favorably reviewed. To my surprise this morning 2/23/2024, the USB hub (Delivered to me on 1/20/2024, the return closing window was unfortunately 2/19/2024) just stopped working for no apparent reason. Bear in mind I do understand that electronics in general do and will go bad, but seriously, more or less 30 days? On with the specifics. The usb hub functioned well from 1/20 up to 2/23. The hub was undisturbed, well placed/ free of any dust, bumps, falls etc. I tried all troubleshooting methods to my knowledge in order to isolate what the issue may be. Uninstalling and reinstalling usb drive thinking it was a port issue on my laptop, trying on different usb ports, using a 5V power adapter to power the hub in case it wasn’t drawing enough voltage from the laptop etc. Bottom line all results ended up repeating itself. The hub itself is the problem where it will completely disconnects after 1-5 minutes with or without activity and with or without an external 5V power adapter and never reconnect; unless unplugged from the usb port in the laptop and plugged back in where this pattern continues to reoccur. For reference, I don’t have high consumption/voltage devices plugged in the hub. I have two charging cables, 1 for a Bluetooth keyboard, 1 for a Bluetooth mouse and 2 wireless receivers for game controllers. All in all, the hub is now useless where I cannot return to Amazon and get a refund because the return window has closed 4 days ago. I guess I just was unlucky and received a bad usb hub as so many reviews seemed positive, but to future buyers, I would advise to avoid this hub and look to into another hub that is available here on Amazon that is still simple but Reliable, where it has a track record of least returned by customers here on Amazon. Hope this feedback was informative to anyone.

Devices disconnect if more than two are connected.
I had high hopes for this 7 port usb unit, but it's just not working out. According to the write up I can connect 7 ports to work at the same time. It also claims "This USB hub 3.0 syncs data at blazing speeds up to 5Gbps, which is more than 10 times faster than USB 2.0". I connected 2 usb flash drives and 2 printers. Only 1 flash drive is accessible and only one printer. I disconnected everything and returned to 1 printer, an external hard drive and 1 256gb flash drive. The flash drive worked but the external drive hung upon trying to connect and then dropped from the hub. It also states down further that "it can support the use of four ports at the same time". I could not get 3 devices to even stay connected. Maybe I misunderstood what I was actually going to be able to do with this and I guess it is true that you get what you pay for. I'm grateful I only paid $10 and not more. apparently some have great results, I did not and would not recommend it as being able to do what it claims.
