Bought one Oct of last year, but lost keys, is there a way to open as people claim? I have important things inside.

I can open my box, but, I have lock picks, would suggest look in your local paper web search engine for your nearest locksmith who will be able to open your box, that way your box can be made secured without damage with a new lock and keys

I lost the keys. Can I have replacement keys?

Am guessing contact supplier or failing that local locksmith would be able to make duplicates
