1426 Nostalgic Photo Chest

Wow I received my photo box in 3 days 😃 I love rustic and rustic it is,granted wood isn’t that heavy or thick but who wants a really heavy item for photos? The sleeves for the photos aren’t marvellous but if your careful the photo slides in really well,on the tight side is better than them all falling out as I’ve had that before with photo albums,can’t fault this box at all,it’s perfect and looks good too,there is even a place to name and date your photos if you want to,people that have rated one star or two,I think want a bit to much for their money. One happy customer,all in all fast delivery and a unique photo box that doesn’t take up the room of any other photo album

This is amazing storage for photos. It looks nice and is made really well. The wooden attachment for the slevees is strong and made of nice wood. the photo sleeves don't split when you put your photos in. Was delivered quickly. And is great value for the money. I am definitely going to order more. I would highly recommend this product.

My wife and I are the oldest/only children from our families. Between us, we had taken hundreds of photos, and inherited hundreds more from our parents. What to do? Albums take up far, far to much space, and no one ever gets them out. Lots of people have this problem, and it's one of those life events you need to sort. These boxes will store 288 pics and, if you take a little time to label them, you can easily find what you what want, then the wooden spines let you flick through the snaps and share them. We bought FOUR boxes, and now they're sorted and filed. Limitations? They only take 6"x4" photos. No room for negotiation there. The wood is quite thin, and I would not describe them as robust; they are simply as good as they need to be. Ditto the hinges. It would not take much careless handling for them to come apart.

I do wonder how the 1 star reviewer could have had such a completely different experience with this photo chest than me. And I wish they didn't because I think it is lovely. The chest arrived within a week of ordering and looks exactly like it does in the picture to me. It seems durable and heavy, although I think the wood should be painted. It does contain 12 'drawers' for photos, they don't fit perfectly in the box though, there is a small gap left but I imagine that is to leave space for then it is full up, as I intend to give this as a present I cannot comment on its use. Anyway... I think the box is lovely. It comes with a box which is in English and German. My mother asked for something to store all her photos in and I think this is a great idea. Excellent storage facility which looks good to be out on show. Much nicer than plastic boxes. great for doing the creative project of sorting photos and keeping them in order.

I have been looking for an unusual photo box for my daughter and son in-laws wedding anniversary. They have an album, photo book and CD of their wedding photo's but there are still a lot of photographs that they have not seen . Photo's from friends, family and some that I have got close up's of. I saw this album but had doubts because of the reviews , i ordered it to see for myself what it was like and i am so pleased i did. It is a lovely album and is not very flimsy like some reviews have stated. Also they have just got lovely units which this album will match perfectly. I am sure they will love it Cannot wait to give it to them .

Great little photo box! But smaller than I expected but then I’m not great at measurements. Has the ability to store lots more photos than an album and looks really sweet. Slight difficulty in getting the sections out but my old knarly fingers don’t help! Really pleased with it, looks great and very practical. Looks way better than plastic boxes full of 40 years worth of dog eared memories.

Ordered this product but it failed to arrive at all..... Excellent response from amazon who sent a second one with free quick delivery. Item packed extremely well, and looks well made , a different, more attractive way to store photos.... very nice indeed! When I fill it with photos it would look good on display if wanted....if all goes well when filled up, will order again!

È molto bello ma lo consiglio se si vuole colorare e dargli un tocco personalizzato. Mi Sembra legno di faggio, non è molto robusto ma efficace come porta foto e fa il suo effetto

Es perfecta, preciosa, practica, muy decorativa. Y de calidad gran capacidad. Quizas podria haber sido un poco mas economica, pero ha merecido la pena.

Ich habe lange nach einer Möglichkeit gesucht, möglichst viele Fotos an einem Ort sicher zu verwaren. Die Box wird von mir verwendet, um jedes Lebensjahr meines Kindes auf Bildern festzuhalten. Bis zu seinem 12. Geburtstag habe ich also ausgesorgt. Denn niemand schaut sich Hunderte von Bildern, die es so im Laufe nur eines Jahres werden, später am PC an. Die Box wurde schnell geliefert, war sicher verpackt und macht einen stablien Eindruck. Natürlich ist das Holz recht dünn und ich hoffe sehr, dass es die geplanten Jahre und darüber hinaus hält, bin aber recht zuversichtlich. Auch sind die Taschen zum Fotos reinschieben m.E. gut verarbeitet. Ich bin sehr glücklich, dass ich diese Fotobox (und noch dazu zu diesem Preis) entdeckt habe.
