I use the box at work (I'm a maintenance Engineer repairing machines all day) and have found the box the best I've had in 20 years. Can carry larger tools in the base i.e. larger spanner, stilsons, hacksaws, multi-meter etc etc. Then put smaller tools / parts in the component tray lid. i.e allen keys, adjustable spanners, pipe wrench, tap wrenches etc. There are removable tray dividers that can be taken out so to semi-customize the component tray lid. I have mine on a trolley, as when full of tools can be quite heavy and I have a large site I have to get round all day. If just carrying for short period of time when fully loaded the handle is comfortable and feels quite robust. Had mine 6 months now and no problems, will get another when this one needs replacing (which looks like a long time off) Review: Perfect size - Perfect size for all my tools. And the small sections on top are just right for nuts, bolts, washers and other small items. Top tray clips are very strong, so no chance of them spilling contents everywhere when you take it off main box. That is deep enough for large amount of ring and open ended spanners. Just search for Stanley organiser. **Q: Does it come with an inside tray?** A: No. There is no inside tray. There are divider options for the bottom but no dividers are supplied, I personally can't find any. The base is entirely open and tools are put on top of each other. A power tool box which attaches can Be bought too (this is handy For putting tools in) the see through box is mainly for screws etc but the dividers can be taken out and tools inserted. full of tools its very heavy and a struggle to take to work. Speaking from over 2 years owning this tool box. **Q: is there a internal tray/organiser you can buy for this?** A: The whole top tray separates from the hollow base.
