We have added a single full length (6ft 3 inch) purpose made(2ft 1 inch) wide) mattress topper filled with memory foam 5cm (2 inch) thickness. I now use the back support every night to sleep as I have a long term back and neck problem. The simple preset angle adjustment mechanism is easy to use. I find that I would like an additional method of setting the actual best sleeping angle for my neck. A simple adjustable slide mechanism would be more use for my neck problem when used at the sleeping angle.
