Simply superb.
A hugly enjoyable game that I've literally sunk days in to over the months since release. THe bundled instrument is solid, responsive and of very good quality and is feeling as if it's new after many days of play. Battery life is long (well over 30 hours) and setup is simple. The game itself is superb fun if a little bare bones compared to the 3rd game in the series. However, monthly updates since release have added functionaloty to the game and new features seem to be incoming all the time. All your old DLC still works and will carry over as long as you stay on the same console manufactures ecosystem and most of the exports are now available so, if you had already exported Rockband 1,2, Greenday, Blitz then most of the tracks are available to download for free in RB4. I've had great fun with this and cannot recomend it highly enough!

Oh yes!
I was a huge fan of guitar hero and when that went down hill I was gutted. Guitar hero live is really not for me which is a high disappointment. But one of my Friends kept talking about rock band and I got it. And now I feel like I've got my old guitar hero days back! Absolutely brilliant. It has the hype speed guitar hero had and has he star power too :) love it.

Forgot the game part of the bundle... TWICE.
Got this as a birthday present and it didn't come with the game the first time. Girlfriend managed to get a refund and bought it again, yet gain it came without the game. Both times the box said "software not included".

Love this game
Love this game, and the fact that the ton of DLC songs I purchased on the xbox 360 carry over, but you can tell it was a budget game - no practice mode, no online, limited character customization, no keyboard or pro instrument support, poor song filters for people like me with hundreds of songs to choose from. These features have been promised in future updates (except the instruments), and I have no reason to doubt the game will be supported for a long time, just as the last gen Rock Band games were. But it feels a little empty for now. Still the undisputed #1 party game right now though

Fret Issue
Very good game however 2 months in and the yellow fret button on the guitar no longer works - am waiting more stock to arrive at Amazon so I can get a replacement.

Heavily anticipated and loved
Absolutely love this game and the franchise. I had been waiting for it since Rock Band 3. I really like that the guitar head is now easy to remove to make it smaller for packing and travelling with. The game is brilliant though customisation could be better. Delivery was perfectly timed on the day of release. Really happy with this purchase.

Lots of fun!
Love the Rock Band series, and this game definitely didn't disappoint. Polished gameplay, Freestyle Guitar Solos which is very addicting and a great career mode as well. Also able to import all DLC previously purchased without a problem. Well deserving of my money!

Rock Band is Back!
The first thing to know about Rock Band 4 is that, at its core, it is the Rock Band experience of old. It is easy to jump in and play, or progress through a career on one of four instruments. The art style and sense of humor of the earlier Rock Band's is present. And like others have pointed out, some of the other features of the past are not. Unlike earlier iterations of Rock Band, when the music game genre was at its peak, Harmonix does not have the backing of Electronic Arts or MTV/Viacom. This is very much an indie game built with much fewer resources than in the past. What results is the experience you've come to expect from the series. There is nothing like hitting a groove on a song and hearing the audience join in on vocals. When you go on tour (this is a similar version of the tour in RB2), you have to choose between gaining fans or money. The heart of Rock Band is still as strong as ever. This version of Rock Band is a mixture of new and old. The new elements are things like freestyle solos, freestyle vocals, and dynamic drum fills. The solos in particular are a lot of fun, and breathe an incredible amount of life into older songs in the library. They are a new way to interact, and will certainly add a new layer of fun to those Rock Band get-togethers. The tour mode is a funny, short little choose-your-own-adventure story. And one of the best additions are Shows, which allow you to vote on which song is played next. This a fun way to reintroduce you to your past DLC songs. And about those old songs: Harmonix is allowing users to port over the vast majority of music that was compatible with older Rock Band games. That means that if you prviously exported RB1, RB2, Lego Rock Band, Green Day Rock Band, and any of the track packs, they will soon be available in Rock Band 4. And if you purchased DLC songs in the past, the vast majority, some 1700 songs, are already available to use in Rock Band 4 complete with the new features. A quick aside: There have been many complaints about the process of bringing that old content into the new title. No doubt the process is annoying. You have to re-download each DLC song one by one through your console or the game’s music store. If you have had experience with Rocksmith 2014 or any other title that allows cross-generation DLC, you’re familiar with the experience. It is not a failure on Harmonix’s part as you may have read here. Microsoft and Sony simply do not allow an easier process at this time. I downloaded some 900+ songs in a few hours over the course of an evening, and guess what? I will never have to do it again. It is a small price to pay for the ability to carry this content over. As you’ve read elsewhere, there are other sacrifices. The character creator is very limited. There is no synchronous online play, so touring with a virtual band is no longer an option. Small fun details, like building a setlist in Quickplay or having a female member of the band sing female-fronted tunes, are missing as well. The leaderboards and song stats are a shell of earlier games. The good news on those fronts is Harmonix has stated that this core game will be built upon for years to come, so many features that would have been available with a larger studio may see the light of day further down the line (with the first title update hitting in December). Rock Band 4 is another Rock Band game. That is high praise if you have enjoyed the franchise as much as I have. It is not perfect, but what it does it does very well. If you love the experience that Rock Band has always captured so well, you’ll probably love this version, too.

Rock Band 4 - Now and for the future!
Really, really fun local play party game. I'm looking forward to seeing what Harmonix plans on doing with this title in the future, as they've mentioned the likelyhood of Rock Band 5 just never happening, and using Rock Band 4 as the openly updateable platform for anything that they want to add to the game in the future. But standalone, among the mediocre reviews this game has been getting, it's the smoothest, most visually appealing addition to the series so far. The soundtrack is amazing despite what everyone things, and the gameplay is so far improved it's like playing a different game entirely. Check out the freestyle guitar solos!

Excelente producto

Worth picking up
This is my first Mad Catz guitar. I've been playing all these years with Guitar Hero instruments. What a good change! The action is great and it feels "right". Too bad Harmonix has ended it's relationship with MadCatz but these controllers are excellent and worth picking up
