I shuffle the deck while looking to the sky and ask the Cosmos to send me a message for the week / weekend. Sometimes i intuitively know when to stop shuffling and pick the top card, other times I'll watch a bird fly and when it's out of view I pick the top card at that very moment. I then incorporate the messages into my daily meditation practice. For example, my current card asks 'what would love do?' I found the perfect meditation to take me through this question (via Insight Timer - brilliant app). I have found unique and hidden sides to myself that I wasn't even aware of with the messages and meditations. The upright box is practical and solid:they are not to be ignored! Fun idea which works with loads of positives and an attitude which dumps negatives on the floor and moves on with head held high:) Have turned to the Spirits since I was a small child and always received protection and good guidance with different message systems to these post cards.
