That being said, the 7-10 inch should accommodate a 9.5 trainer (I'm a size 11 and the smaller one fits me fine). **Q: I have flat feet, does this put alot of pressure on your instep? This support though seems to be working well. You can tighten it to offer the desired level of support. Although bulkier than the sock types i can still manage to wear it whilst wearing trainers. I am a size 8 foot and bought a size large.
